When you equip Valentine's day earrings of love accessory and killing monsters, there’s a chance that The energy of love item will be consumed and then buff will be applied.
During the event, NPC Merriel will sell The energy of love for 250,000 DIL. Can be purchased up to 4 times per day.(20 pcs)
