I remember when we were playing the earlier FFXIV, lots of players hire those raid team to help them to pass certain dungeons / raid (especially the Titan hard mode!).
If you are a FFXIV pro, and if you have a fixed team, would you consider to provide such service to those who need it? Do you think this is good for both sides? Let's discuss!
