There are lots of Thieves and Assassin Stat Builds. But I’ll start with the easy to level-up build. Most hitting characters that level up easy are Agi type builds since they don’t cost a lot of white potions.

Weapon Builds
1. Double Attack Katar Assassin
PvP: PvM: WoE: Refer to Skill Builds instead.
Recommended for: People who enjoy hitting fast.
“I’m slow, speed is my insecurity, that’s why I love this build.”
This is one of my favorite builds so far. It attacks so fast that even if I only have 60 total agi, it looks like I have 80 already. But it doesn’t have the highest DPS in game.
My suggested stat build for this character would be a balance of Str Dex and Agi. Preferably, I level up DEX first in the early game.
Since it helps me hit mobs, increases damage mortality.
One mistake of most players is that they usually upgrade STR first, failing to hit some monsters and having only a few options of mobs to grind on.
You can do that if you already have a leveling plan with low flee rate mobs.
So my plan stats are 80 str, 80 agi, 80 dex. Maybe the remaining stats are for VIT. But, that’s just me.
Double Attack passive skill doesn’t work for a Katar User Assassin but if you have a Snake Head Hat or SideWinder Card it gives your katar, your current level of Double Attack. Mine is Level 10, so instead of level 5 snakehead hat skill, it becomes level 10.
I’m not going to max out flee unless I already have mummy card. So if you still have not prepared the full equipment for you assassin, I highly suggest you do this.
Suggested Stats: Str: 40-70; Agi: 80-99; Dex: 40; Vit: 0-70;
My Plan Stats: Str: 50; Agi: 90; Vit: 70; Dex: 50;
Pros: Very Fast ASPD, Cheapest Build, A Lot Better Than Just Katar, Effective Against Low Def Enemies, Can Grimtooth
Cons: Mediocre DPS, Usually kills Wizards ONLY In PVP
Required Equipment: Sidewinder Card/Snake Hat, Katar.

2. Critical Hit Katar Assassin
PvP: PvM: WoE: Refer to Skill Builds instead.
Recommended for: People who love seeing chocolate bars…Also if you love cost-efficiency.
“CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!… Sounds so satisfying.”
At 120 Total Str, with Sparkling Candy, every Critical hit could deal 1k+ Damage
Crit-Build Assassins are one of the most popular builds in-game but then a lot of them changed job or left the game the moment they knew the Emperium only takes 1 damage.
All you need actually to be called a “Crit-Build Assassin” is to have at least 30 luk, depending on your equipment: Crit Rate and Crit Damage Cards like Cruiser Cards Equipped on a Jur, 2 Kobold Cards.
Pantie set is recommended to almost everyone agi type. (Rosary[1] or Brooch[1] recommended accessory)
NATURAL CRITS are now more EFFECTIVE because Critical Damage is now 1.4x total damage and not just weapon damage. So it COUNTS STR!!! The downside is it doesn’t ignore armor anymore.
I crossed out Solider Skeleton Cards because they are already Overpriced and doesn’t deal much damage.
Here, take a look at how much damage I had when I equipped Solider Skeleton Cards Instead.
From 1000+ Damage down to 677… Still, want SS cards eh?
Suggested Stats: Str: 60-90; Agi: 70+; Dex: 0-30; Luk: 35-70;
My Plan Stats: Str 80; Agi: 83; Dex: 30; Luk: 64;
Pros: Highest Damage Output, +40% more damage, Fast, Crits Doesn’t Miss, No SP-COST High DPS for MVP
Cons: Expensive; Not Ideal for WOE since CRIT SIN’s stats are hard to balance compromising VIT most of the times and you need VIT to survive in WOE.
Required Equipment: Jur[3], 2 Kobold Cards, Cruiser Cards, Assaulter Cards

3. Dual Dagger
PvP: PvM: WoE: Refer to Skill Builds instead.
Recommended for: People who want to switch multiple weapons instead of spamming skills.
High Complexity.
“Uhuh… a Raydric, well I have the perfect weapon for you /gg”
Note that this Assassin picture is taken from an Assassin Dual Dagger Youtube Guide (Thailand Classic Official RO). Assisted by a Priest and a Blacksmith to maximize its damage. Dual Dagger Assassins have the highest DPS in the game but the most expensive (in my experience). Think about it, you have 2 daggers, with a total of UP TO 7 or 8 Card Slots. And you have to fill it up with costly cards. Hurts your pocket so much doesn’t it? But it deals great damage, especially on Emporium. The downside is when you are alone and especially if you still have 50 agi or below. You’ll certainly get bored of your attack speed.
Having dual dagger equipped slows your attack speed by almost half, that’s why most dual dagger builds have at least 70 agi. According to a guide about dual daggers assassins, you could have two paths on doing this: 74 Str with 99 Agi, or 94+ str with 77 agi. But he recommends the one with bigger Str, since this is the main point of playing Dual Dagger, DPS. Btw, make sure the dagger with higher damage is put on the right hand.
DD’s are the most complicated to understand since they have too many factors to consider. Please wait as I do some experiments to find out what is the best for a DD Assassin.

Assassins are complicated species. You’ve got weapon builds, and here you also have sub-builds. :/ Just pick a weapon to build then choose below which Sub-Build you actually like. You can combine them also.
1. Venom Splasher
PvP: 5/5; PvM: 4/5; WoE: 3/5;
Play Style: “Cloak, Splash, Backslide, wait for it!…Dary! Nvm, you didn’t get the joke.”
Awwww… I love how the Venom Splasher dealt 10k Exact Damage, so satisfying…
Venom Splasher is the new Killer Skill for Assassins. Many were discouraged of Assassins due to the fact that they don’t have Enchant Deadly Poison yet and Soul Destroyer is not yet available.
Good news, ROEXE boosted Venom Splasher! No More 3/4 HP Requirement.
2. Sonic Blow
PvP: 4/5; PvM: 1/5; WoE: 1/5;
Play Style: “Wait for Splasher to explode and ASSASSINATE!” (Try to spam twice)
Ninja VS Assassin
Sonic Blow is still a good thing. But only in combination with Venom Splasher. Otherwise, you can only kill No-VIT noobs.
3. Grimtooth
PvP: 2/5; PvM: 4/5; WoE: 5/5;
Play Style: “Lure, lure, lure, hide, DIE!!!”
