AWAKERS is an RPG mobile game developed by Nelvis Games for iOS and Android. Take the role of a Hero in search of the Soulstones to enlist the help of the AWAKERS and stop the Dark Legion from taking over the world.

[Game Guide] Gameplay


This is the Gameplay screen. Characters with the green circle are your Units while the ones with the red circle are your enemies.
1. Tap this button to access the chat box.

It is automatically set to General chat where you can communicate with other players. You can change it to Guild Chat to talk with your Guild members or change your Channel to a different one.
2. The Health and MP bars as well as the Active Skills of your Units are found here. Tap the Skill icon of your Unit to use it.

The skill that was used will enter cooldown after.
3. The timer and pause button is located here. Tap the pause button to temporarily stop the gameplay. You will find several options once the game is paused.

You can access the game’s Settings by tapping the Options button, leave the stage by tapping the Leave button, or continue playing the stage by tapping the Continue button.
4. Tap this button to set Unit skill usage to auto. Units will automatically use their skills once the cooldown is over.
5. Tap this button to accelerate the gameplay speed.
6. Tap this button to summon the Friend you asked for help. Their Hero and ACE Unit will appear in the stage to help you for a short time. To determine where the Friend’s Hero and ACE Unit is, they will have your Friend’s name on top of their HP bars.

7. The Active Skill and HP bar of your hero is located here. Tap the Skill icon to use it in battle. Unlike Units, the active skill of the Hero does not have a cooldown, but they have a bar called Rage that needs to be filled up. The Rage bar is filled by attacking enemies.

Moving your Team
You can move your team by tapping an area that you want them to go.

An indicator will appear and the team automatically moves to the area. This is helpful in critical times such as waiting for a specific Skill to cooldown. Your Units and Hero can avoid getting hit by enemy attacks when they are actively moving around the stage.

About Bosses
Bosses are encountered in Boss stages. Unlike normal enemies, Bosses are much more resilient and their attacks are powerful. They are normally found at the end of the stage.

They also have skills that they can use which will have an area of effect indicated by a Red glow.

There are different ways to avoid this skill. Either have a Unit use a skill that will inflict Silence or Impair. This will immediately stop them from using the skill.
You can also avoid the skill by moving your Team away from the red glow.


About Status Effects
Some skills can inflict negative status effects to enemies or your Team. These can vary from damage per second status effects like Poison to immobilizing units with Paralysis. There are also positive status effects as well like increasing Physical or Magic Attack Power for a single Unit or granting them Invincibility for a short time, negating any damage received.


Results
Information about the cleared stage can be seen in the Results screen.

8. The stage data is displayed here. You can see the Total Contribution, Kills, Damage Dealt, Damage Received, Healing Amount, and Skill Used by the Units and the Hero.
9. The acquired Reward for clearing the stage is displayed here.
10. The Experience received by the Hero and Units as well as the Clear Time for the stage is displayed here.
11. Tap this button to Retry the stage.
12. Tap this button to return to the Stage selection screen.
13. Tap this button to proceed to the next stage.

[Game Guide] Menu


You can find various information in the Menu that can help you understand the game better and be aware of new updates.
1. Notice - Tap this icon to be redirected to the AWAKERS Official Facebook page where new updates about the game are posted. There are also community events and other media to participate in.
2. Guide - Tap this icon to view the in-game guide. If there are terms or features that you want to learn about, check the Guide.

3. Collection - Tap this icon to view the Collection. It has all the information about Units, Hero equipment, and Crux found in the game.

3. A. View Units, Hero Equipment, and Crux by tapping the respective tabs.

About Unit
You can view all the units available in the game from this tab. Units are separated by the Side they align with and the Faction they belong to.

3. B. View the Units available on each Side.
3. C. View the Units from a specific Faction.

3. D. Units that are darkened are not yet obtained.
3. E. Units that are highlighted have already been obtained once.
3. F. Units that have a tiny medal on the lower left corner have reached Level 30 once.

You can view the information of a unit, whether you have obtained them or not, by tapping them.

3. G. This displays the Rank of the Unit.

3. I. This displays the Unit type.
3. J. This displays the stats of the Unit at Level 30.
3. K. This displays the Active Skill available for the Unit. Tap the Skill icon to view its description.

3. O. Tap this button to see the Power Level drop down option. When you change the Power Level, the stats of the Unit will change accordingly.
3. P. Tap this button to see the user reviews for this Unit. You can also share your thoughts about this Unit for everyone to see. If you want to see whether users recommend a certain Unit or not, always check the user reviews.


About Hero Equipment
All of the equipment that can be obtained for your Hero are listed here. The rarity and power of equipment are determined by Grade, which can be seen by the difference in background color. Collecting all the grades for an Equipment will yield you with Rubies as reward.
Hero Equipment are separated into three tabs: Weapon, Armor, and Accessories.


About Preparing
All of the Crux available in the game are listed here.

[Game Guide] Mission

You can find various missions and achievements here. Complete these missions and achieve certain goals to get more rewards!

1. Period Mission - Tap this icon to view the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly missions available. Daily Missions reset at 0900 KST.

2. Achievement - Tap this icon to view achievements. These are long term goals that you need to complete in order to get the reward. There are certain achievements that will reappear once they are done, but with a higher goal.

3. Mission - Tap this icon to view Missions. These are missions that you need to clear per Chapter in Adventure mode. Some tasks are not retroactive, while some tasks that require certain Adventure mode stages to be cleared may be completed even before the task opens.

4. Leaderboard - Tap this icon to view the Leaderboard for Google Play or Game Center.
5. Challenge - Tap this icon to view the Challenge achievements for Google Play or Game Center.

[Game Guide] Hero

As the Hero tasked to find the AWAKERS to help the Aurel Empire, things will not be easy. Make sure you are well equipped to combat the Dark Legion during your quest.

This is the Manage Hero screen. You can view the details of your current Hero here.
1. The level and experience percentage of your Hero is displayed here.
2. The stats of your Hero is displayed here.
3. You can change your Hero once you reach a certain level. You start with the Knight, the Archer is available once you reach Level 10, and the Mage is available at Level 20. Tap this button to choose the Hero that you want.

Tap the Select Character button and the Hero in your Manage Hero screen will change to the corresponding Hero you selected.

The stats and equipment of the Hero will change but their Level is shared.
4. The equipment of your Hero is displayed here. If there’s an item that you want to equip, tap the icon of the equipment and tap equip.

5. Tap this button to sort your items. You can sort by Class, Grade, and Item type.
6. The number of your items is displayed here. Tap the + button to add more slots, note that adding slots will cost Rubies.
7. Your Hero equipment and Power Stones can be found here.
8. Tap this button to sell unequipped items and Power Stones. Choose the equipment that you would like to sell then tap the Sell button.

[Game Guide] Unit

You can’t complete your quest on your own. Take your Units with you! Units have 5 different types namely Attacker, Defender, Ranger, Mage, and Healer.

This is the Manage Unit screen. You can view the details of your Team and individual Units here.
1. You can make up to 3 different Teams that may be composed of different Units. Choose the Team you want to view by tapping the Team number.
2. PVP Defenders is the Team used to defend your Rank in Arena.
3. This displays your Team overall Combat Power.
4. This toggles the Combat Power for individual Units. If you want to see your Unit’s Combat Power without going to their details window, set it to ‘On’ and it will show your Unit’s Combat Power in the overlay.
5. Your current Team composition is displayed here.
6. Tap this button to remove all Units in current Team.
7. Tap this to go to the Recruit tab in the Shop.
8. Tap this to Optimize your current Team. Units with the highest Combat Power in your roster will be placed in this Team.
9. The number of Units that you have is displayed here. Tap the + button to add more slots, note that adding slots will cost Rubies.
10. All your Units are displayed here.
11. These buttons are used to Sort your Units depending on your preference.
12. Tap this button to sell your Units. Select the Unit(s) that you want to sell and tap the Sell button.
About Unit upgrade
Aside from increasing a Unit’s level, there are other ways to increase their stats and skills. Tap a specific Unit that you want and it will lead you to the Unit Details screen.

1. This displays the Rank of the Unit.
2. This displays the name of the Unit.
3. This displays the Unit type.
4. This displays the Team the Unit is assigned to. The Team number with a flag indicates that the Unit is currently assigned to that Team.
5. This displays the Unit Level and Experience percentage.
6. This displays the stats of the Unit.
7. This displays the Active Skill available for the Unit. Tap the Skill icon to view its description.
8. This displays the Passive Skill(s) available for the Unit. Tap the Skill icon to view its description.
9. This displays the ACE flag. Units assigned as ACE will help your friends when they ask for help in Adventure mode.
10. Tap this button to Lock or Unlock your Unit. It is advised to Lock Units that you constantly use so that they may not be accidentally sold or used as a material Unit.
11. Tap this button to see user reviews for the Unit. You may also submit your own reviews.
12. Tap this button to move the position of the Unit in the current team.
13. Tap this button to remove this Unit from all of the teams.
14. Tap this button to remove this Unit from the current team.
15. Tap this button to set this Unit as ACE.
16. Tap this button to increase the experience of your Unit by using other Units as materials.

Choose the Units that you want to use as materials below. Up to 8 Units can be chosen as materials at once. Aside from Units, Gold is also required for EXP UP. The Rank and Level of the material Unit will affect the experience that the Unit you’re upgrading will receive.
If you have excess Units or would like to increase your Unit’s Level faster, you can use EXP UP instead.
17. Tap this button to increase your Unit’s Rank.
18. Tap this button to Power Up your Unit.

Power Up increases your Unit’s stats by using Power Stones according to their Unit type plus a hefty sum of Gold. You can upgrade your Unit until +5 and the Unit Power Up will remain even if the Unit is evolved.

19. Tap this button to increase the level of your Unit’s Skills.
Skill Up increases the power of your Unit’s skills by using Power Stones according to their unit type plus a hefty sum of Gold. You can choose between an Active Skill or Passive Skill to upgrade.

20. Tap this button to sell this Unit.

[Game Guide] Adventure

Find the AWAKER to help the Empire with the guide of Solaniel in Adventure mode.

This is the World Map where the Adventure mode stages can be found. Select a Map to enter the Stage selection screen.

1. This displays the Adventure mode goal. Get more stars by completing all the objectives per stage. Once you’ve collected enough stars, you can claim your reward by tapping the Claim button.
2. This displays the stages available for the map.
3. This displays the stars you’ve received for a stage. Get more stars by completing all the objectives per stage. If the stars are not yet highlighted, that means the stage has not been cleared yet.
4. This indicates the EXP Up status of the stage. Clearing stages with this status will yield more Experience for your Units and Hero.
5. This indicates the Gold Up status of the stage. Clearing stages with this status will yield more Gold.
6. This indicates that the stage will have a Boss fight. Stages with Boss fights are much harder than normal stages so make sure you’re prepared.
7. Tap this button to enter the stage.

This is the Stage details screen where you will see all the information about the stage that was selected before entering.
1. The Map name, Stage name and Stage status are displayed here.
2. The game tip is displayed here.
3. The enemies that you will encounter are displayed here.
4. Your Team roster is displayed here. You can switch teams by tapping the Team number that you want.
5. This will display the information of the enemy.
6. The Star Reward Rule is displayed here. Complete all of these conditions to receive the maximum start reward.
7. The Clear Reward is displayed here. The Units or items indicated in the list has a chance of dropping once the stage has been cleared.
8. The Recommended Combat Power and your Total Combat Power is displayed here. Make sure that your Total Combat Power is higher than the Recommended Combat Power indicated to clear the stage with ease.
9. Tap this button to make changes to your Hero.
10. Tap this button to make changes to your Team composition and Units.
11. Tap this button to enter the stage.

You can ask for help, choose buffs for your team, claim Map rewards, and set the Stage Repeat conditions before entering the stage on this screen.
12. Choose Friends to help you in clearing the stage. Their current Hero and ACE Unit will help you once they are summoned. Tap the Ask Help button to enlist their aid.
13. Choose buffs to increase your chances of clearing the stage. You may choose a specific buff or all of the buffs available. This will require Gold per entry.
14. Clear stages several times and you will receive a Map reward. The Map reward will change once the initial reward has been claimed.
15. Tap this button to set the repeat conditions for the stage.

You can select when the stage repeat will end. It can end when a Unit reaches Level 30 or when all Units in the Team reaches the maximum level. Stage Repeat will require Gold.
16. Tap this button to enter the stage.

[Game Guide] Expedition

You can enter special dungeons that will give tons of rewards by entering Expedition mode. The Clear Reward for these dungeons are specific such as Gold, Power Stones, EXP, etc. Ether Fragments are used to enter the Dungeons in Expedition. Additionally, some Dungeons are only available on certain days.

About Special Coin Dungeon
By clearing stages in this Dungeon, you will receive Special Coins. The number of Special Coins that you will receive upon clearing will depend on the stage difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the higher the amount of Special Coins will be given.

Special Coins are used to exchange for Units that are not found elsewhere. The amount of coins to be exchanged varies depending on the Unit’s Rank and Rarity.


About Dungeon of Training
By clearing stages in this Dungeon, you will receive Units and Experience. The Unit and Experience that you will receive upon clearing will depend on the stage difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the higher the Unit Rank and Experience will be given.

About Dungeon of Fortune
By clearing stages in this Dungeon, you will receive Gold. The amount of Gold that you will receive upon clearing will depend on the stage difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the higher the amount of Gold will be given.

About Dungeon of Transcendence
By clearing stages in this Dungeon, you will receive Descent Experience. The amount of Descent Experience that you will receive upon clearing will depend on the stage difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the higher the amount of Descent Experience will be given. An AWAKER that has undergone Descent need to be included in the Team.

About Power Stone Dungeons
By clearing a stage in these Dungeons, you will receive Power Stones. The amount of Power Stones that you will receive upon clearing varies. Power Stone Dungeons will only be open at certain times in a week.

Enter the Cave of Flame Dungeon to obtain Defender Power Stones.
Enter the Aqua Hall Dungeon to obtain Mage Power Stones.
Enter the Wind Forest Dungeon to obtain Ranger Power Stones.
Enter the Fire Isle Dungeon to obtain Attacker Power Stones.
Enter the Dungeon of Life to obtain Healer Power Stones.

[Game Guide] Challenge

Are you ready to take on other challenges in the game? Challenge mode has the Arena, Field of Test and Guild Battleground! Take these challenges to prove that you’re the best Hero around.

About Arena
Enter the Arena to challenge other Heroes to a duel. Aside from bragging points, you’ll also receive Rubies as reward. The amount of Rubies that you can receive will vary depending on how well you do in the Arena on a Weekly and Seasonal basis.

1. This is where the rankings for League, Champion, and Friends is displayed. The League Rank displays your rankings in the current League you are in, the Champion League displays the players rank and points in the Champion League, while Friend Rankings displays your Friends’ rank and points in their respective Leagues.
2. This is where your current rank and points are displayed.
3. This is where the top players in the League can be seen.
4. This displays the timer for Weekly and Season Rewards.
5. This displays your current League and stats.
6. Tap this button to see your Attack and Defense Record.

This is your Attack Record. It has all the details of your Arena attacks to other players. It also indicates the amount of points that are deducted or added to your Arena points.

[Game Guide] Guild

Claim glory and fame with fellow Heroes by joining a Guild! You can either join an existing Guild or create your own.

Tap the Join Now button next to the name and player number of the Guild that you want to join. If you want to check other Guilds first, tap the Visit button.
To create your own Guild, tap Create Guild.

Enter the name of your Guild and select the Area. If you want people from a specific country to join your guild, tap the Select button and choose the country to set as your Guild’s Area.

Once the Guild has been created or you have joined another Guild, the Main Guild screen will appear as below.

1. This displays the details of your Guild.
2. Tap this button to see all the Guilds in the game.
3. Tap this button to see the current Guild Buff information.

Guild Buff affects all the members of the Guild and only the Guild Master can learn or reset the current Guild Buff that a Guild has.
4. Tap this button to post a comment in the Guild information board.
5. Tap this button to access the Guild Shop.


The Guild Shop consists of items that can benefit the whole Guild. The Guild Master can buy Battle Buffs that increases the stats of the members of the Team. Members can buy Accessory boxes containing items that their Heroes can equip.
6. Tap this button to view the Guild War information board.
7. Tap this button to see the Guild Recruitment messages from other Guilds. You may also visit the Guild and see their basic information.
8. This is where Guild members can see their Guild’s basic information.
9. Tap this button to apply for Guild War. Only Guild Masters are eligible to apply for Guild War.
10. You can see the members of the Guild here. The green button means that they are online, while the red button indicates that they are currently offline. You can send Friendship points to other Guild members even if you have not added them to your Friends list yet.
11. You can view the Guild attendance information here. Tap the Check-In Check for your attendance to count for the day. You can also see the attendance rewards by tapping the Check-In Reward button.
12. Tap the Donate button to donate to your Guild.

You can donate to the Guild once per day and only Gold is accepted as Donation. Guild Coins are acquired by donating your Gold, which in turn can be used in the Guild Shop to buy Accessory boxes. Aside from Guild funds, the Guild also receives Guild EXP in every donation.

[Game Guide] Shop

You can find essential items to help you in your journey to find the AWAKERS in the Shop.

Packages
All the necessary items in one package. Aside from Ruby and Sapphire, packages also contain other items such as tickets, equipment, and other in-game resources.

Jack Box
You can find the Recruit Tickets here. They range from the Normal Unit Ticket where you can get 2 - 3 Star Rank Units to Premium Unit Tickets with 3 - 6 Star Units. A Normal Unit Ticket will be free Daily while a Premium Unit Ticket will be free every 3 days.


Ruby
You can buy Rubies from this tab. The Daily Collectable Rewards is a package of discounted Rubies. You will first receive an initial amount of Rubies and then you’ll receive the remaining amount daily over the course of 29 days. You can also buy Rubies with Sapphire bonuses.


Sapphire
You can buy premium items with your Sapphire from this tab.

Gold
No more Gold left? Buy Gold using Rubies!

Dagger
Buy Dagger by spending Rubies or Friend points from this tab.

Others
You can buy a Rename Ticket and slots for your Unit and Inventory from this tab.

[Game Guide] Lobby

In this section, you will see the different menus and features once you start the game.

1. Account Information - Your in-game name and current level are displayed here. Tapping the banner will redirect you to the Account tab of the Settings. Tapping your in-game name will display your Account Level Bonus.
2. Resources - These are materials that you need in order to access features and complete upgrades. Tap the drop down icon to see all the resources available in the game.

2. A. Daggers - Daggers are used to enter stages in Adventure mode.
2. B. Axes - Axes are used to enter the Arena and Field of Test in Challenge mode.
2. C. Ether Fragments - Ether Fragments are used to enter Dungeons in Expedition mode.
2. D. Special Coins - Special Coins are used to exchange Units from the Shop.
2. E. Gold - Gold is used for various Unit upgrades. It can also be donated to the Guild.
2. F. Ruby - Ruby is a special currency used to buy items from the Shop. It can also be used to revive your Units in some modes.
2. G. Sapphire - Sapphire is a special currency used to buy items from the Shop.
2. H. Guild Coins - Guild Coins are used to buy different items from the Guild Shop.
2. I. Friend Point - Friend Points are used to buy certain items from the Shop.

About Power Stones
Power Stones are used to upgrade Units. There are five different Power Stones: Assault, Defender, Ranger, Mage, and Healer.
3. Mailbox - Tap this icon to receive your messages. This is where some of your rewards are sent. Make sure to claim your reward in the Mailbox as messages are deleted automatically after 7 days. You can also receive a maximum of 100 mails.
4. Settings - Tap this icon to view the game Settings.
5. Expedition - Tap this icon to play in Expedition mode.
6. Descent Preview - Tap this icon to view AWAKER Units available for Descent.
7. Menu - Tap this icon to view the Menu.
8. Mission - Tap this icon to view various missions.

[FAQ] Account

I. Where can I find my User ID?
Your User ID can be located in the Settings [Gear icon] in the lobby. Once you tap the Game Info tab, your User ID will appear, allowing you to copy it by tapping the [Copy] Button

II. How do I Sync my account in AWAKERS?
Once you download and install the game, AWAKERS will ask you which account you would like to link the game to or if you wish to play using Guest account.

To swap accounts, you may Log out of your current account and sync a new one. The Log out option can be found in the Settings [Gear icon] under the Account tab:

III. How to retrieve my game progress after re-installing?
After re-installing the game, the Google playstore / iOS AppStore will once again ask you to login using the available SNS account upon opening the game.

Login the SNS account with the correct email and password you used to sign up for the game for the first time and all your progress will be loaded.

IV. What should I do if I can't load my previously-synced account?
It is possible that the current account you are using is not the account you've used when you signed up for the game for the first time.

Verify your account again and choose the correct account you've used to create your first game account to load all your progress.

V. Can I play in Guest Mode?
Yes, you can play AWAKERS as Guest account; however, we do not recommend doing it since you might lose your account. Actions such as changing device, clearing of data, uninstalling the game and wiping phone data can lead to the deletion of your Guest account.
VI. How do I change my language?
You can change the game's language through the Settings button in the lobby and tapping Language tab

I. What are the uses of Gold and how do I earn it?
Gold is used for EXP UP, EVOLUTION, POWER UP, SKILL UP, DESCENT And buying Adventure Buffs, and Adventure Repeat Tickets.

This Currency can be acquired through Mission rewards, Exploration, Adventure, Shop, and through selling Units/Gears

II. What are the uses of Ether Fragments and how do I earn it?
Ether Fragments are mysterious fragments that are used to enter Exploration and are consumed upon entry to one of its dungeon. They can be acquired through mission rewards, and regenerate 50 fragments on server resets.

III. What are the uses of Power stone and how do I acquire it?
Power stones are used as material to level up your unit as well as your skill. Power stones can be categorized according to Classes (Assault, Defender, Healer, Mage, Ranger)

IV. What is Special coins?
Special coins are currencies that can be acquired from a special coin dungeon in [Expedition] and are used to exchange with Heroes available for a limited time from the [Special shop]

If not used for a certain time, unused coins will be converted to rubies
V. What is Evo. Crux and how do I acquire it?
Evo. Crux are special units that can be used to evolve units.

It can be acquired in the Shop (4★, 5★) and Adventure (2★, 3★)

VI. What is Exp. Crux and how do I acquire it?
Exp. Crux are special units that can be used as materials for units to gain Exp.

It can be acquired in the Shop (4★, 5★) and Adventure (2★, 3★)

These are the different rarity of Units from lowest to highest starting from the left

IX. How to activate descent form?
Certain Awakers have the ability to activate their descent form upon reaching a certain HP Threshold. When Awakers are in their Descent form, they have their own Stats and Skills.

X. What are the different grades of Hero Equipment
Hero Grade are differentiated according to the background color of their equipment

XI. Does Auto-repeat can exceed more than 30 times?
Yes, Auto-repeat can exceed more than 30 times and can be increased If you join in a Guild. Auto-repeat aslo refreshes after server reset.

XII. What is Expedition?
Expedition holds a mysterious place where you'll find different dungeons for you to challenge where you can acquire unique materials that can assist you on your growth.

XIII. Does Power level reset after the unit evolves?
No, Power level doesn't reset even after evolving the Unit

II. Transaction failed (AOS), what should I do?
For Android purchases.
The package will be delivered within 48 hours upon purchase. (To confirm that the package was delivered, the user will have to log in again and verify whether they have received the package)
If the package was not delivered and got charged by Google. Kindly send the following information to our Helpdesk and they will assist you as soon as possible.

I. I cannot connect to the game! What's the problem?
AWAKERS needs a stable network connection to run the game. Failure to connect to the server may occur due to the following reasons:

1. If your connection is unstable, an error message is likely to appear. We suggest that you connect to a stable WiFi connection as mobile data tends to lose stability depending on your location.

2. An outdated game version can also be a reason for connection issues. We suggest that you update the game up to its latest version.

II. Why can't I update the game on Android?
There may be some issues or errors that occurred while updating the game. Please check the integrity of your internet connection, or if you're running on an expired data plan. Low or weak signal to WiFi can also cause problems during update. If the problem still persists, please try the following steps as this may help resolve the issue:

1. Go to Device Settings -> Go to Application Manager.
2. Locate Google Play Store and clear the cache and data.
3. Restart the device and reconnect to the game. Observe if this fixes the issue.

Note: *Deleting the game's cache and data will remove progress on guest accounts so please make sure that the game data has been linked to any of the available SNS options.
