Developer Industrial Toys has announced the open beta for Battlefield™ Mobile. During this early play period, players will have access to the full experience of the game such as the Conquest, Warpath, Sabotage, and Rush. Players can also experience Team Deathmatch, wherein you have to fight until you’re the last soldier standing. You can also test your skills in various special modes that will be coming soon.

To start your Battlefield experience, you have to pick among the four classes: Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon. As you level up your player profile, you’ll be able to unlock unique abilities, gadgets, items, and specializations that will allow you to further hone the class that you chose.

But before going into battle, check the Event Hub and Command Center first for new assignments and challenges as it is refreshed frequently. You can acquire reward points that you can use to unlock gameplay improvements and acquire exciting cosmetic items from the Store.

Battlefield Mobile betas has already started last November 8 in the following territories: the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. The beta is available to Android devices only. Don’t worry, the developers assured that they will expand the size of these tests and add new regions.

To be part of the test, pre-register through the Google Play Store then after that, you can finally download the game. Note that this game is free-to-download only. Not free-to-play as it will feature its own Battle Passes, collectible cosmetics, and unlockables. Be advised that the cosmetics are for visual purposes only and it will have no effect on the gameplay or player performance whatsoever.

Here are the minimum specs for Battlefield Mobile as of the moment:
  • Android 8.0 or later
  • Snapdragon 835 or better
  • Exynos 9 (8895) or better
  • At least 3 GB RAM
  • At least 2 GB of storage space
  • Must be a 64-bit system
As this is an Open Beta, the players’ progress will not be retained after its official launch worldwide. Instead, the developers will be doing several progress resets so that players will have a level playing field regardless of what phase of the Open Beta they are in.

Also, the developers have allowed players to take screenshots and capture videos to be shared online as this is an Open Beta. Feedback and opinions are welcomed on any of their social media handles.
