Best Mid-level Minecraft PC specs? PC

Hello!
I am new on this forum and I want to know your suggestions on what specs I should look for to play Minecraft smoothly online WHILE streaming? I really want to play Minecraft but I am not sure if my PC with 2nd Gen Core i5 can take it while streaming? Also wanna do multiplayer which apparently I found to be impossible without skipped frames or in-game lagging..

Aim for an Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a dedicated GPU for a mid-level Minecraft experience.
