BGPH, #3259 - EYE-SAMURAI, got banned for spamming links

I'm requesting for my ban to be lifted from bgph (pinoy gamer group). I got banned for spamming links for another server. I did not notice that I already sent a few links because of my slow internet. I'm sorry for the mistake. I'm requesting because this was a mistake by accident and i have no intention in breaking the rules of the server.

If its due to slow internet connection then okay, but the server doesn't allow to promote any discord links unless permitted by the server admin.

How can we make sure you won't do it again and disobey other rules of the server?
