Blizzard’s Warcraft Arclight Rumble a mobile action strategy game coming to mobile devices

Blizzard has announced yet another mobile game based on its enormously popular Warcraft property, Diablo: Immortal, which will be released in less than a month. The new mobile game, dubbed "Warcraft Arclight Rumble," gives players control of collectible Warcraft miniatures that may be used to battle the game's numerous enemies.

The game is an action strategy game in which you must create armies of Warcraft heroes and battle it out in various missions while commanding forces of digital tabletop miniatures in multi-lane combat.

You'll be charged with assembling mini-armies, beginning with leaders like Warsong chieftain Grommash Hellscream and Archmage Jaina Proudmor. Then you'll populate it with Arclight-enhanced armies composed of rank-and-file Troop minis and powerful spells.

It will include a single-player campaign with around 70 missions, as well as weekly and monthly challenges such as multipart dungeons, raids, and other activities. You can also join guilds and play with others in competitive or cooperative modes.

The game will be fully free to play and will feature a strategy-based experience with five different factions to choose from, including the Alliance, Horde, Beast, Undead, and Blackrock. There will be several game modes accessible, including Conquest, Dungeons, Raids, and Co-Op, as well as PvP conflicts. The entire game will feature more than 60 minis you can acquire and use in your army, with each of them accessing better skills and upgrades as you fight your way through and level up.

Warcraft Arclight Rumble also features Conquest missions which will earn bonus rewards by replaying levels with leaders from the five Families.

There will be references and game components directly inspired by characters, locations, and events from the strategy games and World of Warcraft, so expect "genuine Warcraft vibes."

Warcraft Arclight Rumble does not yet have a release date, but it will be accessible on both iOS and Android devices, and you can read more or pre-register for the game on Blizzard's website.
