Excited fans have been carefully studying the skills, weapons and characters in the game such as Butch, the leader of the alley cats, whose unique weapon is a trash can lid that can stun nearby mice by making a horrifying noise. An in-depth look at some of the maps also reveals NPC introductions, exclusive item tutorials, and various tips and tricks. For example, in the Classical House map, the cat or mouse can strike the NPC Spike twice to get a bone that can be thrown to call up the NPC Tyke, who can help turn the tables in battle.
