OFFICIAL RULES

• Registration is open to all players.
• Registration is open until August 16,2019, 11:59 PM PHT.
• Random seeding of players - August 17, 2019. 10:00 PM PHT.
• No registration fee.
• This is an online tournament.
• Challengers and Master ranked players are allowed to join.
• No level limitations.
• There is a cap of players for this tournament, only 128 registrants will be chosen.
• We will only give the invite codes to the people who were chosen.
• We will be posting the names of qualified players in public on my Facebook wall and/or in the tournament page.
• No reservation of slots.

WINNING CONDITIONS

• To win matches, you must be the first to have 3 kills or first to destroy the enemy inhibitor. You win if the other player dies 3 times (because you killed them) or you destroy the enemy inhibitor.
• Winner of the match must take a screenshot holding down the TAB button upon inhibitor being killed or the player dying for the 3rd time
• YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EXECUTE YOURSELF BY THE TOWER (THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS A KILL TO THE ENEMY AS LONG AS IT SAYS "EXECUTED")

FORMAT

• All matches played on the Howling Abyss
• 1v1, Single Elimination
• Blind Pick
• Best of one (until semifinals)
• 4 Bans per person (8 in total)
• NO banned Summoner Spells or Items

NOTE: You are allowed to pick up Health Relics
