Bren Esports Part Ways With One Of It's Mobile Legends Pro Player L3bron

Bren Esports said goodbye to one of its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pro players Raven "L3bron" Alonzo, who was a part of the team. This statement was made via a social media post on the esports organization's official social media account on November 22nd, 2021.

Due to the fact that the professional player only appeared once in the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 8, the post garnered a mixture of positive and negative feedback from fans. Despite the fact that L3bron did not participate in the event, he was able to contribute to the team's success by providing his knowledge and experience as one of the region's early adopters of Mobile Legends esports in the background. The reason for L3bron's removal from the Bren Esports Mobile Legends team was not disclosed by the organization.

Bren Esports released one of its professional players, L3bron, just a few months after the team's shocking result in the MPL PH Season 8. In a Facebook post, the squad thanked the professional player for his contributions to the team and announced the news.

L3bron's departure drew mixed comments from the MPL PH Season 8 audience, despite the fact that the professional player had played only a few games. It was only until the final match of the group stage that he made a cameo appearance, and he chose the hero Zilong, which resulted in a loss. Needless to say, some fans were underwhelmed by both his entrance and exit from the show. Others in the esports community were saddened by his departure, while others said he made little or no impact to the team throughout the MPL PH Season 8 season.

The pro player is not new to the Mobile Legends esports scene, having competed in it previously. He was a former member of Aether Main, one of the most storied Mobile Legends teams in history, who dominated the MPL PH Season 1 for a period of several years. While Aether Main was being acquired by Bren Esports and its founder Setsuna "Dogie" Ignacio, the professional player finally moved to becoming a content creator and streamer. Bren Esports later acquired him for the MPL PH Season 8 tournament, however the club was unable to fully exploit his potential as a professional player.

It would be fascinating to see whether L3bron continues his professional career as a player or returns to his roots as a Mobile Legends content developer and streamer.
