Call of Duty: Mobile’s patch notes for its Season 5 - “Get Wrecked” was revealed on May 24. All the contents for Season 5 was released that day including new weapons, maps, scorestreaks, and battle pass content. However, the balance adjustment for that season was excluded and it only got revealed on June 1st. It was released through the official COD: Mobile Discord server that went live worldwide.
Through the released balance adjustments, it appears that the developers are still focused on bringing back the assault rifles into the meta for another season as the classic rifles such as the HBR and BK57 have received a major range buff. Even the rarely used FR .55 has also received improvements. To know more what weapons have received improvements, here’s a list of them:
