The website made for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile only indicates that you should watch the Call of Duty Next event scheduled on September 15 to know more about the game. But clicking the source code of the page reveals more about it. The data states that Warzone Mobile is featuring “authentic Call of Duty gameplay with 120-player lobbies” and what seems like some kind of shared progression. A pre-registration deal for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile was also mentioned wherein players will get a chance to unlock rewards once the game launches.

Activision has also released the reveal trailer for the game at the GameSpot Swipe Mobile Showcase 2022. The teaser was only eight seconds long and it only showed a plane flying above the clouds. But players who have been playing Warzone for a long-time now can identify the plane shown in the trailer. It looks identical to the original intro sequence of Warzone for the Verdansk map during Modern Warfare's lifecycle.

Take note that the event Call of Duty Next isn't just for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. Activision also announced that Infinity Ward will give a full reveal of Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer, share some surprises, and give more details on Warzone 2.0 for consoles and PC at the event.
