Card Inlay VS Card Deposit

What is the difference? I got the wolf card and the stats it showed was Att + 15. If you get this card you get Att +6 and if you deposit it you get att +9 (Total of 15) so it looks like if you just deposit this card after acquiring it you get the whole +15 attack? So no need to attach this card to a weapon?

Hi i just created an acc here so i can look for help and i dnt know how to post a thread. I would just like to know how can i unlock the blueprints for romantic leaf and wizard hat. I want to know where are the npcs located so i can get the quest and unlock those said blueprints
