Castlevania: Nocturne will be releasing on Netflix this coming September 28

Netflix is set to release a new American animated adult dark fantasy series titled Castlevania: Nocturne, a spin-off of the Castlevania series. It contains bloody vampire hunting, wizardry, and rebellion that are set during the events of the French Revolution, featuring the protagonists Richter Belmont and Maria Renard.

Set in the year of 1792, the story revolves around the era of the French Revolution, where disruption and despair conquered the French people. In order to stop this madness, the successor of Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belmont, Richter Belmont, begins his journey to fight against the ruthless, power-hungry vampire queen that threatens to wipe out humanity. And being the son of a witch and a vampire hunter, Richter inherited his parents' prowess.

He acquired his mother’s witchcraft while his hunting skills came from his father. As Richter embarks on his journey to fight off vampires, monsters, and supernatural beings, he will be joined by vampire huntress Maria Renard and a few more characters. Together, they are on a mission to defy the reigning vampire queen, Erzsebet Bathory.


This coming September 28, the newest animated series of Netflix, Castlevania: Nocturne is scheduled to be released. Created and written by Clive Bradley and produced by Kevin Kolde for Netflix, this will be a thrilling animated series and a must-watch, especially for adult audiences.
