Known in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines (SMP) region as the biggest CODM tournament, qualified teams will be competing head-to-head on stage in front of a live audience at Newport World Resorts (Resorts World Manila).

The teams who qualified from the three countries will battle it out on Friday, August 12 up to Sunday, August 14. The matches will start at 1pm until 10pm. Also, Garena CODM will be organizing giveaways, distribution of rewards, and giving the players and their fans a chance to meet each other in the #CODMMUNITY as the event is free to the audience who will be attending. If interested, register for the event here.

After two years of its hiatus because of the COVID pandemic, the offline tournament of CODM is back once again but bigger and better. The first and last offline tournament of Garena, which was also held here in the Philippines last March 2020, was the 1st CODM Philippine National Championship that was initially joined by four teams only. They were NRX Jeremiah, VVV Flamma, XD Gaming, and BREN Esports with NRX Jeremiah crowned as champions and taking home 200,000 pesos.

Now, the tournament will feature eight teams from not only here in the Philippines but also from Singapore and Malaysia. Competing for a prize pool amounting to 25,000 USD (approximately 1.4 million pesos), the winners will also qualify for the Stage 4 of the CODM World Championship to fight for Southeast Asia and Garena’s CODM regional championship.

Competing together in the event are the crowd favorites Garena Masters 1 champion Blacklist International Ultimate and Garena Masters 2 champion Smart Omega. Also, technically speaking, Smart Omega will be defending their offline LAN title in this tournament as their core members, Jayzee, iDra, and Woopiiee, were former players of NRX Jeremiah who won way back in 2020.
