Confused with this game LoL. Is it Android Lol and PC is the same?

So whats up guys, their is something that bothers me lately iv'e been registered on googleplaystore for LOL android cuz its not yet in our region and it seem that i found out, that their is a LoL game in PC. Need some piece of info that would enlighten this little brains of mind hehe, hope that you would tell me your knowlege about it. Thanks More Power.

It's the same Riot Game but not the same account can be logged in in-game if you already have the PC version since it's different platform so it's seperated account. It will not sync to PC and Phone
