Q: When the game releases?
A: The official release was on March 21, 2019

Q: What is the level cap?
A: Max level is 60.

Q: Can I delete my character?
A: You cannot delete your character or reset your progress. Use the available character slots wisely! Each player can create 5 characters.

Q: Is there auto-combat?
A: Yes. If the auto-combat mode is on, your character will use all the skills on its own. You can configure this mode in Auto Mode tab.

Q: I didn’t receive a letter with a promo code, although I made a pre-registration in a store. Why?
A: Promo-codes with mount, title and gems were sent to the players, who registered on our promo-page eol.101xp.com before the release. If you registered on this page, but didn’t get a promo code, please, write to the support: [email protected]

Q: I received a promo code, but I can’t activate it.
A: Please, make sure that you activate a promo-code from the second mail-out. In some codes l is used, and in some of them - i. These letters are easy to mix up. If you copied the code from the second mail-out, and the issue is still there, please, write to our support: [email protected]

Q: How can I transfer my character to another server?
A: Unfortunately, the game's mechanics do not allow characters to be transferred between servers.

Q: How can I play as my character from another device? How to bound my guest account to my profile?

Q: The game is permanently crashing and not working well. Why?
A: This issue was found on some devices. Our specialists are working on the solution of this problem.

Q: I lost my character and progress. What to do?

Don’t forget to specify your character's info: nickname, server, and Mobile ID (can be found by clicking "Account" in the main menu)

Q: I want to play on the emulator. Which one to choose?
A: Not all emulators are supported currently. We are working on this issue. Until then we recommend playing on KoPlayer.
