FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - Technical Issues

1. My "Launcher.exe" is missing! How can I fix this??

- Download and install the new "Launcher.exe" version from http://www.mediafire.com/file/251j79z3wmpt41u/Launcher.rar

Note: This is for players who have downloaded the old installer from Apr 5 only.

2. Where can I download the updated esRO installer?

- Both full client and lite client download links can be found here:

https://www.esports-ro.com/download

Choose from the three download options; mega, mediafire and torrent.

3. Where can I register?

4. I downloaded the lite client but I can't add my rdata.grf and data.grf to the esRO folder! Access Denied!

- Make sure you have administrator rights. If this does not work, try to install esRO on a different drive/location.

5. The game won't start after the launcher!

- Open setup.exe from your esRO folder. Under the Sounds tab, choose your sound device. If you do not have a headset/speaker, choose "No Sound".

6. I get a black screen after launching the game!

- Open setup.exe from your esRO folder. Under the Graphics tab, choose your graphics device.

7. I checked both Graphics and Sound tab but the game still won't launch!

- Please check your PC for any 3rd party app/tools you may have and close them.

8. What kind of gameguard does esRO have?

- Gepard Shield 2.0

9. What are the minimum system requirements for this game?

Operating System
Windows-based (with administrative ability to install and patch)

Hard Disk Space
2.56 GB (after installation)

Video Card
Any with 3D Acceleration & at least 16MB on-board RAM

Sound Card
DirectSound (or compatible with 3D Sound Effect Support)

10. Where is the server located?

- US West.

11. The game is too laggy!

- esRO should run smoothly in all modern PCs. It will all boil down to your connection latency to the server. If you do experience lag, try pinging the server. Check the rtt and wether you get timeouts.

You could also try enabling frame skipping and disabling effects by typing /skip and /effect inside the game.

12. I have found suspicious activity/players! Where can I report them??

- Please do not hesitate to DM our official page. There will be a thread dedicated to reports once our forum is up.

13. How about other technical issues not mentioned here? Or other concerns?

- As of now, please PM our official page. Our forum will have dedicated threads for your concerns e.g technical issues/bug reports/market/guild discussions/etc once it is up.

14. When is the forum coming out?

- Soon!

15. We're all set and ready to go! Where can I find in-game related FAQs/guides?

-esRO is RMS-based, you will find item/monster databases,guides,etc on www.ratemyserver.net. There might be guides submitted by other players/posted by GMs on our forum soon.

As for esRO gameplay(nerfed items,disabled loots,etc), you will discover more as you play.

For other in-game/meta related questions(server episode, event schedules,etc), please feel free to DM our official page or lookout for official posts.

Magandang araw mga ka ESPORTS!

Gusto ko lang lagyan ng linaw kung tama paba presyuhan ng ECOINS. Donator rin ako sa server pero hindi ko nanaising taasan presyo ng ecoins, bakit? Eto ang reasons kaya sana matauhan po ang lahat!

1. Mataas mo man mabenta ecoins, tataaasin rin nila ang presyo ng mga essentially needed equips,cards etc. Halos lahat at hindi proportion ang pagtataas nila kaya LUGE KAPA PRE, tumaas nga convertion mo ng ecoins to zenny pero masmataas naman tinaasan ng sellers ang mga essential needs ng laro! Akala mo kumita ka, ang yabang mo pa pero HINDI! Nagvend kana ng ubod ng tagal, nagmahal pa mga needs mo pati iba apektado!

2. Isa pang napakaHALAGANG rason bat hindi dapat OP ang presyuhan ng ecoins. Maging concern tayo sa mga farmers ng ordinary loots na diretso binebenta sa NPC. Magkano ang ESB at Bubblegum kung ang ECOINS ay 9k each ( ESB 27k each at BG 225,000).

Kung ikaw ay nagfafarm na ang nagagamit mo ay 5 ESB per 1 BG. Total mong gastos per BG ay 360,000z mga tol, at ang kinita mo sa direct to npc selling ng loots ay 700,000z. Magkano nalang kinita mo sa hour, pag ganito ng ganito TATAMARIN NA ANG DIRECT ZENNY FARMERS natin! EH SAN BA NAGMUMULA ZENNY NATIN SA LARO NATO??

ISIPIN NYO MGA TOL, kung ang kinikita nila ay wala pang 400k per bg. LAHAT AY LILIPAT NALANG SA FARMING NG EQUIPS! Kasi OP na ang presyo kahit ng ordinary ng mga equips. In the end, magkukulang ang zenny na nagcicirculate sa laro. At marami rin magqquit kasi ang laki ng magiging gap para mabili ung mga needed equips. Parang ROPH, sobrang mahal ng mga equips kaya marami ang tinamad.

ADDITIONAL: at bakit tumataas ang ECOINS?

1. Dahil sa supply and demand tama po yan pero wag tayong maging garapal

2. Dahil ung mga ecoin sellers gustong itapat ung presyo ng 4000coins/1k php sa mga 1k php sellers. Kaya pano po ito? Either iban IP naang mga sellers nato. O galit na kayo nyan. O kung hayaan man yang RMT dahil d naman maiiwasan yan, KAYONG MGA PHP SELLERS. WAG NA KAYO MAGPABABAAN! Itapat nyo lang sa presyo ng ECOINS! Hindi ung iilan ilan nalang kayong PHP sellers eh kayo kayo pa nagdadala sa pagbagsak nyo. Dahil sa kagahaman nyo para maipambili ng bigas, tinatapat ng ecoin sellers ang presyuhan nyo. Sa huli, lahat affected.

Akala nyo kayo ung gumagastos para sa server eh, kayo nagiintindi para mabuhay ang server? Wag ganid mga tol!

TIP ko sa mga zenny sellers: sumunod nalang sa presyuhan, kung kailangang kailangan mo talaga ng pambuhay sa pamilya mo. Privately mo nalang iaalok ng masmababa sa customer mo ung presyo mong mababa para hindi kayo nagpapabaan mga zenny sellers. Nakatulong kana para d tumaas ang ecoins, tinulungan mo pa sarili mo para hindi bumaba value ng php mo!

KAYA SANA, matauhan po tayong lahat. Hindi po ito para sakin lang, ito po ay para sa ating lahat at para sa server. Feel free to bash or mag comment pero sana kahit papano mapagtanto nyo po ang mga sinasabi ko. Magbenta tayo ng fair prices ng ecoins at items.

Maganda po ang management ng ESRO. Sa tagal ko sa RO, ito palang nakitaan ko ng ganitong potential kaya nga ang daming lumipat dito. Kaya sana alagaan natin para lahat tayo may malaruang magandang server mga kaESPORTS!

Ung mga nag advertise ng ROPH dun nalang kayo, MAGPALOKO KAYO SA MGA BOTTERS AT GM NA NAGBEBENTA NG MGA MVP CARDS sa murang halaga at ibebenta sayo ng players ng 60k pesos! Mga LHZ cards na wala pa dapat, nakatago na sa ibang mga players lol. Kala nyo ang lalakas ng mga idol nyo, UY MAGIC! pala!
