Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis will have its closed beta test this 2022

Through the Final Fantasy 7 25th Anniversary stream, the company announced that they will be hosting a closed beta test for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis this year.

This new mobile game will be the less graphically intensive remake of the FF7 franchise. Along with the original game’s story, the game will also cover the stories from the spin-off titles. The game will be a free-to-play title with in-app purchases.

The company has also released a trailer for the game in which an extensive gameplay with CG cutscenes was showcased. Tons of scenes from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 as well as new unique outfits that we haven’t seen before were also shown in the trailer.

Moreover, the trailer of the game not only listed Final Fantasy 7, but also the movie Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children, the mobile game Before Crisis: Final Fantasy 7, the PlayStation Portable game Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7, and the PlayStation 2 shooter Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy 7.
