Today CrunchyRoll has announced that they will have a partnership with the Funimation company which will bring more series to the anime streaming service. This is a win win situation for bothside giving them all the opportunity to provide more traffics and animes. Funimation Now, on the other hand, will receive broadcast dubs of Crunchyroll's summer titles--such as 91 Days, Mob Psycho 100, and Orange at a date to be announced soon. Catalog titles coming to the service in the coming weeks include Free: Iwatobi Swim Club and The Testament of Sister New Devil.
Funimation will also distribute home video versions of Crunchyroll titles with both dubbed and subtitled versions. Current titles planned for release in this way include Ace Attorney, Alderamin on the Sky, Bungo Stray Dogs, Joker Game, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, and Relife. Crunchyroll and Funimation will work together to produce and distribute all current and future titles.
