What is GameClub Suppport? GameClub Support is a centralized Support center for all GameClub games such as SpecialForce online, TwelveSky2, CrossFire, Weapons of War, iDATE, and other GameClub products and services.

You may send an email to [email protected] for the following issues:

1. Account Retrieval (lost password, hacked account, etc.)
2. Technical Issues (all GameClub games)
3. Top Up / e-PIN inquiries and concerns
4. Player Suggestions/Feedbacks/Complaints
5. i-Cafe Inquiries (concerns for Sales and Distribution Team)

I would like to request a new password because my account has been hacked. I was not able to access my Crossfire account since April 16,2020. Thank you and more power

Pa retrieve naman po yung account ko pinag hirapan ko po yan account ko tapos ganun na lang po bigla na lang po ma wawala skin pa tulong naman po tapos pa ayos naman po pa unsuspended naman po ako sa gameclub.ph di po ako maka log in sa gmail at fb q dahil po suspended user id po di ko naman po kasalanan na ma suspended yung account ko.
