    Important Reminders: Office Visit Protocol

    Walk-in office visits by players in order to discuss Account-related concerns are highly discouraged. GameClub will only entertain players whom we specifically scheduled for an appointment to clarify pending cases. GameClub retains the right to schedule appointments and will not accept phone calls and/or emails requesting meetings or follow-ups.

    Paalala lamang po sa mga Players na nais pumunta sa opisina ng GameClub upang makipag-usap sa anumang isyu tungkol sa inyong mga Account/s o Password. Simula po ngayon, hindi na po pwedeng magpunta sa opisina ng GameClub upang magpa-retrieve ng inyong mga Account/s o Password. Importante po na i-Email ang inyong isyu sa [email protected]

    then sana naman bilisan nyo yung pag update sa request tickets namin. almost 1 week na kong nag aantay. di rin makapag send ng email sa binibigay nyong email add. paki update naman agad yung request tickets namin. di na po biro yung pinag dadaanan kong stress dahil sa account ko na nahack. worst is, parang wala na kayong balak magreply sa amin. laki na ng gastos ko dun tapos iba lang makikinabang?

    How about may issue po, Wala po akong ginamit na kahit anong 3rd party program nor may ibang nakakaalam ng information ng account ko. Ako lang po talaga nakakaalam ng information ng account ko. Last august 24 saturday I bought a VIP weapon which is M82A1 Obsedian tapos kinabukasan po sunday nalologin ko pa naman siya ng hapon pero nung gabi na at mag lalaro sana ko ulit hindi ko na malogin invalid user/password daw tapos nung tinry ko I reset yung pw ko using "Forgot Password" system is hindi gumana kase "Invalid credentials. Your email/userid is not recognized!" yan ang sabi, e Authenticated naman yung E-mail ko at tama naman yung username. Nag e-mail na din ako sa support niyo sa 1st email no response for 4 days so I tried sending a mail again, nag response naman po nanghingi ng ID/NSO so nag send ako ng ID and to prove na ako talaga may ari ng ID, nag selfie ako with my ID at nag send din ako ng screenshot ng recent game pin na ginamit ko sa account ko bago mangyari yung issue so waiting for reply padin ako hanggang ngayon almost 24 hours na kasi, sana ma fix na kaagad tong problem ko kasi almost 1 week ko nang di nagagamit account ko, sayang naman yung nai topup ko na 3700 sa account ko at yung VIP ko 1 day ko palang nagagamit, di ko pa naeenjoy tapos mangyayari to. Sana matugunan agad yung mga issue na ganito kasi grabe po yung hassle.
