Genshin Impact 3.0 Beta File Size and Artifacts Leaked!

More leaks have been circulating online, thanks to well-known and reliable leakers, as we get closer to the Genshin Impact 3.0 beta, which is expected to be released around mid-August this year. It is expected that a brand new Sumeru region as well as six playable characters will be part of it. Another leak made it online and it revealed the file size of Genshin Impact 3.0 beta.

Even if it’s a heavily compressed file, the 3.0 version of the global beta will take a minimum of 33 GB of storage, according to Genshin Impact leaker Naevis. Apparently, the Chinese version of the beta is already over 43 GB without the voice packs. For reference, the English voice pack for version 2.8 was already over 7 GB so there’s a possibility that the full size of Genshin Impact 3.0 beta will be around 50 GB.

However, for mobile users, Naevis didn’t provide any information on the file size of the version 3.0 beta but we can expect that it will be a lot smaller than on consoles and PC.

Aside from the leaked file size of the version 3.0 beta, new artifact sets have also been leaked by the reliable website Honey Hunter. The artifact sets that were leaked are four and five-star rarities and below. In-game descriptions for the artifacts are provided but keep in mind that as these are not official descriptions, changes may occur in the final version.

Deepwod Memories
  • Four-Piece: Dendro DMG Bonus +15%
  • Four-Piece: After Elemental Skills or Bursts hit opponents, the targets' Dendro RES will be decreased by 30 per cent for 8 seconds.
This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is not on the field.

Gilded Dreams
  • Two-piece: Elemental Mastery +80
  • Four-Piece: Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members.
ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for every party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count up to 3 characters.

This effect can be triggered once every 8s. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field.

As of the moment, as all information provided above is yet to be officially announced by HoYoverse, there’s no confirmation if it’s all true. So as usual, take it with a grain of salt and wait for the official announcement.
