Five new events have been announced by HoYoVerse during the Genshin Impact Special Program for the upcoming 4.1 update, which is expected to be released on September 27 of this year.
The following are the new events in Genshin Impact that will be included in the 4.1 update:
Waterborne Poetry
Celebrate the collaborative poetry festival between Mondstadt and Liyue and play the different mini-games to get various rewards, including the event-exclusive Catalyst weapon, Ballad of the Boundless Blue.
Use Jumpy Dumpies to get rid of the Spikey Fish and earn points to get the rewards! Completing stages in Dodoco's Bomb-Tastic Adventure will net you a great number of rewards, from Primogems to Ascension and Talent Materials and more!
Radiant Harvest
Help the merchant Kesean by collecting all of the Violetglow Jellyfish from the waters of Fontaine. Start gathering Violetglow Jellyfish by going to the designated regions on your map. The location of the Violetglow Jellyfish collection spot is indicated on your minimap.
Overflowing Mastery
Collect double the rewards for claiming Talent Ascension Materials from Domains by using Original Resin!
The Peaks and Troughs of Life
Some of the new characters for the upcoming update have been revealed as well, which are Neuvilette and Wriothesley.
Neuvilette is the new five-star character that will be available once the update finally arrives while Wriothesly is the four-star character who will permanently join the playable character roster of the game once the banner for the second half of the update is released.
