As the Version 3.4 Update has finally landed, Genshin Impact releases the gameplay details of "The Exquisite Night Chimes".
The event started last January 19 and will continue until February 6. The players who are eligible to take part in this event are those who have reached Adventure Rank 28 or above and have completed the Archon Quest “A New Star Approaches”.
"The Exquisite Night Chimes" is divided into four themes, which are “Radiant Sparks”, “Paper Theater”, “Vigilance at Sea”, and “Behind the Scenes”. The event rewards are Primogems, Crown Of Insight, Furnishing, Hero's Wit, Talent Materials, Mystic Enhancement Ore, Mora, and Prithiva Topaz Ascension Stones.

In the gameplay mode Radiant Sparks, you need to complete special racing trials and collect as many Challenge Coins as you can. Pick the “Aegis of Sparks” during the challenge to obtain the technique “Sparkling Rush”. Cast the technique to dash forward and collect all the nearby Challenge Coins. Add to that, with the power of “Firework Fruits”, you can jump to certain heights.
In the gameplay mode Paper Theater, you must help complete the Paper Play performance. It consists of multiple paper theaters, with some of them can be moved to changed positions. An actor named “Huanguang” will come on stage after the performance begins.
There are obstacles and traps placed on the stage, when Huanguang comes into contact with one of the obstacles, he will change direction or will reach the edge of stage but when he touches a trap, the performance will fail. Adjust the path of Huanguang by moving the paper theaters. It will help you to avoid traps and guide him to his destination.
Vigilance at Sea will take you to Alcor to participate in the Waverider race challenge and collect “Challenge Coins”. It is divided into two gameplay modes: “Billowing Waves” for Co-op Mode and “Tranquil Waters” for Single Player Mode. The event consists of three challenge levels, with one choses at random before you start. These are Crossing the Thrumming Waves, The Floating Lantern’s Mystique, and Mystical Elevation.
The Waverider has a Durability that when exposed to whirlpools, bombs, and other dangerous effects, it will decrease. In effect, during the Billowing Waves, you will enter “Voyage Observer” and will lose Challenge Coins. It will be for a certain time only and after it ends, you can continue the challenge. But in Tranquil Waters, the event will end immediately and you will go directly to the score calculation screen. Don;t forget to pick up Prop Lamps during the challenge to obtain a random technique.
Behind the Scene will bring you to the wilderness wherein you must defeat opponents. Note that when the opponent is defeated, a shockwave will be released where it landed and will deal Pyro DMG.
