Getting "Your connection is not private" error in Chrome Globe

I tried using a VPN as well but I'm still getting that message. It turns out...a "certificate" had expired this morning and thats why I can't access certain websites. It does give me an option to just ignore and go to the website anyways, but is it safe to do that? I actually don't know. Any advice here is very appreciated.

I get this error constantly when on mobile, whether on my phone or someone else's. Doesn't matter what network either so I don't know what's going on with it. "Your Connection Is Not Private Error In Your Browser"

To understand how errors can pop up with your SSL certificate, you need to understand what happens when you visit a website that has SSL installed.
