Before recovering your account, first check your server’s status for potential server downtime because during this time, you would not be able to log into your account, or recover any of your account information.

BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Make sure you have an account and are trying to log onto the correct server.
2. Recover your username through the email address associated with your account.
3. Recover your password by entering your username (not your Summoner name).

2. Submit a ticket and select "Recover my Account" as the reason. Make sure to provide us with the requested information about the account you are trying to recover. From there we will work with you to verify ownership of the account.

• Reverting your Summoner name if it was changed.
• Reversing unauthorized purchases.

• Username
• Region
• Signup Email - you will be asked if you have access to this email
• Recovery Email
• Oldest Known Email - Applicable for those emails that were changed or stolen do note that you must have access to this email

You must either remember your signup email or have access to a previously used email address to recover your account. If not, please submit a support ticket to recover this account.
