Hi,

Has anybody here played Halo 5 multiplayer in the Philippines yet? I'm having trouble setting it up. On the main menu the single player campaign is up but MP is unclickable.

I've tried opening some ports on my router as instructed by Xbox support
Set my NAT setting to open

Still won't let me in to multiplayer.

Any suggestions? thanks.

im a ps4 users but i had the same NAT issues back in destiny i might shed some light with your issues, what is your current NAT and ISP provider?

my experience with Globe ISP is NAT 3, which i cant use voice chat and harder to find multiplayer.. or this might be a halo issue remember the collectors edition multiplayer which was broken indefinitely

NAT is set to Open like the MS support instructed but still nothing.

Honestly, I'm not really knowledgeable on net settings. So I don't really know what NAT 3 entails. lol

When I had my X360, everything was pretty much plug and play.

Sorry if im not able to help you further here are some of my NAT descriptions

NAT 1 is usually static IP addressing with PAT (Port Address Translation).
NAT 2 is Dynamic IP addressing with PAT
NAT 3 is Dynamic IP addressing with some PAT (firewall or router blocking some of the ports)

previously regardless of what nat settings i set Globe locks it to NAT 3
