Hames Returns as the New Coach of Team Secret Wild Rift Roster as Raux Departs from the team

Team Secret parted ways with its support player Jordan "Raux" Pamintuan from its League of Legends: Wild Rift roster. One of the most popular streamers in the Philippines, Raux was also a former member of DR Esports.

He replaced the team’s former captain and support specialist James "Hamez" Santos. Together with Team Secret’s Wilf Rift roster, Raux fought with the team in the Wild Rift Horizon Cup, however, they finished in the 3rd-4th place.

As Raux has already departed from the team, a familiar face has decided to make its return in the Wild Rift esports scene. The team posted a video on YouTube to reveal that Hamez is planning to return to the team but not as a player. He will be the new coach of the Wild Rift roster of Team Secret.

“I think I could guide the team well with the knowledge I have,” Hamez stated in the video.

He added that “my style as a coach is like I’m a very strict one, so I can discipline the players and I can help them grow better.”

It’s no question that Hamez is one of the best team captains in the Wild Rift esports scene as he led his team to dominate the Wild Rift PPGL 2021 and secure a slot in the Horizon Cup 2021. However, due to personal issues, he decided to take a brief hiatus from the esports scene. The team, however, sadly finished in 3rd-4th place at the world championship event.

It will be interesting to see what kind of coach Hamez will be and how they will reclaim their glory in the Wild Rift esports scene.
