Head Coach BON CHAN is looking for Amateur Substitutes as Hadji will be Unavailable for Sibol Scrims

In the upcoming 31st SEA Games, Blacklist International will be representing the Philippines for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Currently, the team is making a few adjustments on their Sibol lineup’s scrim sessions as their roamer Salic “Hadji” Alauya Imam will be unavailable as he decided to focus on the upcoming MPL PH Season 9. Blacklist International's head coach, Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza is presently seeking potential players to serve as a substitute so that the team can finally set their scrimmage sessions in motion.

Through a Facebook post, BON CHAN announced that they are looking for a sixth man that will fill in the spot of Hadji for the team’s scrimmages and rank games. He added that he prefers amateur players who are active in amateur MLBB esports events to recruit. The head coach posted the requirements he needs for players who are interested in joining them for the SEA Games. The requirements are as follows:

  • Position four or five
  • Preferable if the player can handle both positions
  • Grinding hard in ranked games this season
  • Plenty of achievements in amateur MLBB tournaments
  • Must be 18 years old and above
As Hadji will be serving as the team’s captain for the upcoming season, he decided to focus and prioritize the MPL PH Season 9, which was the reason why Hadji won’t be able to participate in the team’s scrimmages and rank games for Sibol.

Some well-known pro players in the Philippines MLBB esports scene have shown interest to be the team’s sixth man for scrimmages and these are Carlito “Ribo” Ribo, Jr. and Allen Jedric “Baloyskie” Baloy. However, it is unclear whether the head coach will accept them or will still choose amateur players.
