For those with ping issues on PLDT or Globe there are solutions like WTFast, pingzapper, kill ping etc. Below are my Battlenet and VPN settings:

Americas: Make sure you connect to Singapore or Japan depending on which is stable
Asias: Connect to Hongkong, btw you will need patience becuase no one speaks in English on this server

Actually nag free to play sya for a weekend nga lang, around that time dumame ang noobs. Also most of the hater are CSGO players who keep saying the game is not competitive and the game is easy those idiots.

I know it gets annoying i played both games and they are very different but at the same time have similarities, you need to coordinate with team and you get competitive at level 25.
