I recommed Ao no Hono or The Blue Light, It is a dramatic movie that talked about a teenage boy that wants to get rid of his estranged stepfather but because of circumstances problems arises one after another as this teenage boy learns life the hard way.

I like Japanese movies because it is so simple yet every angle and things have their own meanings. Kayo naman!

There are many good Japanese movies, here are some in each genre:
Romance: You Lie in April
Action: The Wolverine
Horror: The Grudge
Comedy: Fine, Totally fine.
Live-Action: Gintama
Those are just a needle on a haystack there are so many good movies that they produced. Also, the Ghibli Films is coming to Netflix now, so expect more high-quality movies.

I also love watching Japanese movies; it's very cool. I like this drawing; in general, the plot is very interesting and rich. But for a long time, I couldn't find a good site where many Japanese films are collected, which annoyed me very much.
