Japanese Rock Group L’Arc~en~Ciel Performs Opening Teaser Song For Blue Protocol

Blue Protocol, the upcoming Japanese MMORPG, will feature L’Arc~en~Ciel, a Japanese rock band founded in Osaka in 1991.

For the opening of the upcoming MMORPG Blue Protocol, Japanese multinational video game publisher Bandai Namco published a short teaser video featuring L’Arc~en~Ciel's song entitled 'Mirai'. The song has yet to be published in its entirety. However, you can now listen to a thirty-second video to get a sense of how it sounds.

Short fragments of animation may also be seen in the Blue Protocol opening teaser trailer. The animation is mixed with gameplay segments. As a result, these portions are at best short. You may view the first teaser for Blue Protocol below.

Blue Protocol is an upcoming MMORPG developed and published by Bandai Namco. Set on the planet Regnus, the world of Blue Protocol is filled with a mysterious light called Engram. An ancient civilization, known as the Bafarians, have been relegated to nothing more than myths and stories, and their once-proud cities are now ancient dilapidated ruins.

Aegis Fighter, Twin Striker, Blast Archer, and Spellcaster were the first four classes introduced to the game. However, Bandai Namco just announced the addition of a fifth class, The Heavy Smasher, who would focus on attackin enemies with hammers. The game's release date has yet to be confirmed by Bandai Namco. Blue Protocol did, however, organize a closed beta test in which a select group of players were able to try out the Aegis Fighter, Twin Striker, Blast Archer, and Spell Caster classes.

Blue Protocol is set to be released in Japan exclusively later this year. However, Bandai Namco has stated that they are considering a global release and are presently seeking for an English localization director. Blue Protocol is currently in development for PCs in Japan with no official release date revealed just yet.
