Do you enjoy games and have experience in the gaming world? Then this might be the job for you!
We are looking for Player Support agents that can provide support to video game players via chats, online help, etc.
Requirements:
-Fluent/Native level of German.
-Ideally you would have some background in customer care/ call center/ Helpdesk.
-Preferably some experience in video game industry or you enjoy playing video games yourself.
About the position:
-We are looking into hiring for 40 hours per week (different shifts available) on a long term basis.
-Ideally we would be looking for someone that can work from one of our offices (Could be Barcelona, Berlin, Prague, Athens, Buenos Aires, etc) But if not possible then it can be a remote job (working from home)
-Start date would be ASAP
