As the roster shuffle season is the highlight right now, the SEA region keeps on being the headliner as Carlo "Kuku" Palad recently made a post where he was seen wearing a Blacklist International jersey. After his contract expired and a disappointing Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season with his former team, Kuku was released from T1. They were not able to qualify for The International 2022 (TI11) after being eliminated in the Last Chance Qualifiers.
After his stint with T1, there were rumors that Kuku will be signing with Blacklist International as the organization recently acquired RSG’s spot in the upcoming regional DPC season and is in the process of scouting players for its Dota 2 roster. The rumors further cemented itself as Kuku wrote his nickname in a reference to Blacklist International’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang captain Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna, which many believed as him trolling in that said post.
However, many also believed that this was him teasing his newest team as he was rumored to be joining the Filipino organization along with the following players to be Blacklist International’s Dota 2 roster:
After acquiring RSG’s spot in the first division of the regional DPC league for the 2022/2023 season, Blacklist International has officially entered the Dota 2 competitive scene and is ready to dominate the tournament as the organization finally revealed what CEO Tryke "TryQ" Gutierrez states as his dream, which is an all-Filipino redemption team.
