Lag-free CS Game

So, lately I've been experiencing some problems when it comes to CS and one of these is frequent lags. Does any one of you here also experiences the same problem? How did you fix it? TIA

are you having high pings or hardware issues? which version of cs btw

No hardware issues. I have the latest cs version.

try disabling vertical sync fixes most lag on games,. if this doesn't fix its probably the high ping
