Large-scale Survival Game Dysterra to Start Alpha Testing This March 18

Publisher Kakao Games and developer Reality MagiQ have announced a new massive multiplayer online survival game will be coming.


Called "Dysterra'', it is a survival game set on an abandoned Earth. The game has deep crafting systems such as construction and production while still giving players conflicts and environmental calamities to overcome. It will be guaranteed that it has amazing visuals because of Unreal Engine 4. Dysterra is aimed to be released on Steam Early Access later this year. The alpha trailer is below:

Both companies plan to conduct tests with players all over the world to get feedback that could help them improve Dysterra. Due to this, the first global alpha test will be happening for four days in North America, starting on March 18. The recruitment for players to participate for this alpha test started on March 11 and was done on March 15. The chosen players will be notified separately.
