LoL Region Problem

Hello there! I went to Singapore for 2 weeks and installed LoL there with my new laptop. Since it's a different server, I went and made a new account just for that server to play.

Now, I'm back to the philippines and Garena decided not to recognize my install. I managed to fix that by relocating the game files into the directory Garena recognizes for PH, yet I encountered another problem. It seems like the game client logs into the SG server even though I am at Phils now. I know the simple solution is to re-install the game, but due to the extreme slowness of Philippine internet, this is simply not an option in my schedule.

Is there any way for me to simply modify some files (if its ok) for it to log in my main PH account? I know there's a way, but I simply don't want to completely break my game. Thank you for reading and for your cooperation.

Check your Garena+ if it's set to PH region.
