Boxed or Pixelated Textures In-Game
If problem persists even after updating your Graphics Card, configure at NVIDIA Control Panel, at Manage 3D Settings still, find and select the Anti-aliasing Mode at Global Settings then change to Application-controlled - if you wish to set it only for League of Legends then at Program Settings Tab add the LoLClient-related ".exe" and set the Anti-aliasing.
But, if you're using Catalyst Control Center, then change the Anti-aliasing Method to Multisampling.
Another option is setting the Colors at game.cfg file:
Enable Low Specifications Mode
Enabling this will reduce visual fidelity in certain areas of the client but may significantly improve performance. We recommend enabling this options if you're experiencing stuttering or lag when using the client.
At Client Settings > General Tab > Select "Enable Low Spec Mode"
Close Client During Game
Enabling this will close the client to improve in-game FPS on low-spec machines. However, it will significantly increase the amount of time it takes to return to the scoreboard screen at the end of a game. We recommend enabling this option if you have a low-spec machine and are experiencing very low FPS in-game.
At Client Settings > General Tab > Select "Close Client During Game"
