This is a thread discussion for Mobile Legends Tier List and current Meta Builds. Since Mobile Legends is being updated on a regular basics heroes and items are being nerfed, buff or changed. This results on the stats being changed sometimes even drastically to the point an item or hero is no longer usable.

So players can post in this thread which current builds are working or tier list assumptions of which heroes are currently viable due to the changes. Feel free to use your own format as long as its easy to grasp.

Quick Answer: They only need a one core item to deal a considerably high amount of damage.

That is for early to midgame. Sa late game, mas masakit na iyong ibang heroes. Pero alam naman natin na sa Highly Competitive Gameplays, hindi na aabutin ng 12 minutes ang laro. At kahit abutin pa iyan ng 15 minutes, kapag nabaog ka, hindi ka pa rin level 15 at full build niyan.

Eh bakit nagagamit si Hanabi sa MPL PH?

Malakas po Hanabi kapag nakacenter sa kanya ang lineup at gameplay. Maganda Hanabi sa late game kung mapatagal niyo ang laro. Immune rin siya sa CC kapag may shield siya. Wala nga lang siyang mobility skill kaya ang hirap talaga kapag lagi kang hinahunt ng Assassin ng kalaban. Pero kung marunong kakampi mo, mapoprotektahan si Hanabi para makabuhat ng laro.

So kung solo gaming ang pagbabatayan, nasa mababang tier talaga si Hanabi. Kahit ang Top 1 Global Hanabi ay nahihirapan sa pagrank-up. Pang 11 out of 13 siya sa taas nina Layla and Bruno. Mahirap kasi talaga kapag solo gaming tapos malas sa kakampi.

In the Game 3 of Bren Vs. AA, Grock was prioritized by AA.

Bren banned Akai as their third ban. Why?

They picked Harith, Chou and Leomord. Banning Khufra would be better, right? But they notice that AA do not prioritize choosing Khufra. Akai has 100% win rate in the hands of AA. They've experienced it in their previous series and even in the Game 1 of this series.

Then AA banned Minotaur which is questionnable since in their 2 series, Minotaur never won a game even in the hands of Bren or AA.

Belerick was chosen over Khufra because of Claude that AA prioritize along with Grock.

That is why Belerick is really the game changer. Not only in the draft picking phase but also in the teamfights itself.

Bren was totally outdrafted by AA in this game especially when AA last picked Minsitthar which counters everyone in the Bren's Lineup.

Minsitthar counters Harith's Chrono Dash, Leomord's dashes, Chou's dashes, and Karrie's Phantom Step.

And since they are forced to be within a certain range because of Minsitthar's Ult, Belerick's Ult makes them pay since the range of Belerick's Ult is enough to absorb all of the damage within Minsitthar's Ult.

Kimmy is banned in the Games 2-5 of the Bren Vs. AA series. Bren used it in the first game but lost.

We all know that Belerick is a direct counter to Kimmy. But since Belerick is not so popular in the Playoffs, Kimmy is a real threat in the perspective of Bren.

Why does the Kimmy pick isn't successful in the Game 1 of Bren Vs. AA BO5 series?

Jawhead is the crucial pick of Arkangel. Unlike Hayabusa which they choose in their BO3 series, they learned that an Assassin will still have a hard time to reach Kimmy in the backline.

That is why with Jawhead's tankiness, agility, and skill set, AA manage to counter Kimmy.

What is Franco's place in the META?

In the MPL PH S3, Franco has been banned 3 times, used 10 times, and won 7 times.

That means he has 70% win rate.

The Season 12 Top 1 Global Franco has won 1177 times with a win rate of 60%.

Expert Wingman rated Franco as an A+ Tier Hero which is pretty accurate since Franco has some carrying capacity because of the damage that he can give along with his powerful CC skills.

We only rated him as a B+ Tier hero along with Hylos and Belerick which are only considered as secondary tanks in the Mythical Glory

~~~Is Franco really just good as a secondary tank?

Basing on the line-ups from the MPL PH S3 Grand Finals, every Franco team composition has two tanks. He is commonly paired with Minotaur and Khufra which are considered as primary tanks.

Both Minotaur and Khufra have AoE CC which is an essential ability that makes a Tank META. Franco's CC are just for single targets.

That is why I understand why Mythic players consider him as a secondary tank not a main tank.

~~~Analysis on Franco's Stats

Like most tanks, Franco has 81 physical defense and 33 Magic defense at level 15. His HP is quite low. At level 15, he has 6433 Base HP compared to 6700 which is the average HP of a tank. With 116 Physical Atk at level 1, it is lower than what a Grock gives in Early Game.

So in short,

He has decent Physical and Magical Defense but a bit low HP and Physical Attack to be considered as a META Tank.

Franco is simply a balance hero. He is unpopular because a lot of players are having a hard time mastering his hook. You may consider using him as your only tank in lower ranks. He can also be a killer tank.

That means we can say that in any rank, solo queue or squad, the best 5 mages to use are Lunox, Esmeralda, Harith, Kagura and Harley

Kadita ranked as A+

Pharsa is one of the 3 unviable mages in the META.

Zhask and Odette was placed too high in the Expert Wingman Tier List. Odette might be underrated in the MLTLG Tier List.

Alice is rated only as B+ by Expert Wingman because of her low solo carrying capacity. MLTLG rated it as A+ because of the META that needs three durable heroes in a team composition. The common scene on Mythic Rank is two tanks and a fighter then two squishies but damage dealers. Alice is a frontliner Mage. A tank, Alice, and a fighter is enough to be in frontline. She is also good in two mages team composition. She is not recommended for solo queue players because she really relies on her teammates like an actual tank because her damage isn't as burst as the likes of Lunox and Harith but she can survive teamfights much longer than other mages.

Ranking Zhask over Kadita is also questionnable. Kadita can kill a single hero even at full HP in a single all out combo. She also has better sustain than Zhask. Maybe the reason why Expert Wingman rank Zhask higher than Kadita is because Zhask is much easier to use and has sustained damage. But still, we believe that Kadita is much helpful in teamfights because of her CC and she has a mobility skill.

Faramis is also not a good pick if your teammates are unaware of your role. Most players in lower rank do not know that.

Eudora and Vexana over Cyclops in MLTLG Tier List is because Cyclops do not have Stun. Just immobilize.

If Odette's second skill will be a stun instead of immobilize, she will really deserve to be in A+ Tier. But for now, the buff for Odette isn't enough to make her rise in MLTLG Tier List.

Last difference is about Vale and Nana. Nana over Vale in Expert Wingman's Tier List is reasonable because Nana is a lot easier to use. Vale really needs a good teammate to hold enemies in a position where his skills will deal the max burst damage. Vale's damage is obviously much greater than Nana. But Nana has better CC effects.

The Hard Carry Mages: An analysis about Lunox & Harith

Lunox is known as a Mage Tank Killer. She can melt down the tankiest tanks like an Enraged Minotaur, Grock and Khufra.

Moonton haven't adjusted her in a while since they think she is balance. Why? It is because of her weakness. She don't have the movement and mobiility that is why Sprint or Flicker is required.

But her ultimate in Order/Light Form is also her main mobility skill. That is why for me, she is OP. Her damage is so much especially in early game. Her first skill also heals her a lot making her harder to kill because of her HP and damage sustain.

Lunox can carry a team BUT you need a good tank and a fighter. Why? She is not as all around as Harith. She has weak jungling capability early game and is also weak in push.

A team composition without a Marksman is still good as long as the Mage and Assassins steps up the game. For example, a team that compose of Grock, Minotaur, Lunox, Thamuz, and Selena. This set up is common in Mythic Glory but not often applied in Legend below which still needs a Marksman for late game security.

Harith on the other hand is an all around carry hero. Burst damage plus shield makes him hard to kill or equivalent to unstoppable. He has AoE Magic Damage and enhanced basic attack Magic Damage. Another good thing about Harith is he has slight CC Immunity. He reduced the time duration of CC effects making him viable in today's CC META.

Well, compared to Lunox, Harith has the mobility from early to finish though Lunox can finish a hero in sort seconds. Lunox has much burst damage. Yet, Harith is good in pushing also making him an all around carry that is perfect for a solo player.

~~~Conclusion

We all know that the main role of Mages are to deal Burst Magic Damage. They are not required to push because we all know that it is the role of fighters and other physical damage dealers. You may push along with a tank or other teammates but pushing solo can give a chance for your opponents to corner you and kill you. Mages carry games by killing enemy heroes then later on converting it to objectives. They must be with a teammate most of the times. In lower rank, we know that getting a good teammate requires luck that is why you really need a hard carry hero if you want to rank up quickly. Harith and Lunox are the best carry mages.

Conclusion: Vexana and Eudora are really two of the unviable mages in the current META. Mababa sila dito kasi nga burst lang damage siya hindi sustained damage. Unlike Odette na maharass dahil sa passive. After nilang macast combo niya, wala na silang pangfollow up ulit na kasingsakit no'n. Kay Vale naman, hindi lang talaga siya laging ginagamit ng Top 1 Global kaya hindi tumataas MMR niya. Hindi na rin nakakagulat na 'yong best carry mages talaga ang nasa taas ng ranking which is sina Harith at Lunox.

Madali siyang i-counter kaya mababa ang pwesto niya sa tier list. Necklace of Durance lang hihina na ang HP Regen niya. And base sa list na ito, macoconclude natin na sa lahat ng Tanks, si Hylos ang pinakanahihirapang bumuhat. Walang upcoming skin si Hylos kaya mukhang hindi muna siya papansinin ni Moonton.

Isa pa sa napansin ko, iisa lang ang Top 1 Global Bane, Sun at Badang which is si PapiBane ng Indonesia. Iisa lang rin ang Top 1 Global Zilong and Hilda which is isang pinoy. Wala nang nakakagulat na sina Kaja, Leomord, Chou at Guinevere ang nasa pinakaitaas. Pero si Alucard na nasa pang10, mukhang malakas pa rin si Alucard para sa mga Indonesian. Malakas naman talaga Alucard basta hindi siya madisable. Grabe kasi siya makalifesteal. Gano'n rin Roger na nasa pang12. Hinahabol nga ni JessNoLimit ngayon 'yong top global Roger eh chineck ko history niya.
