Cecillion is released on Original Server last February 11, 2020. He is known as the lover of Carmilla. He receives a special skill when Carmilla is on the same team. He deals burst damage from a distance and has one of the best teamfight crowd control skills among all mages. He also has stacks in his mechanics just like Aldous which can make him one-shot kill any squishy hero late game.

Passive: Overflowing
Cecilion will increase his max mana by 8 each time his skill hits an enemy target. This effect cools down in 1s.
Cecilion has higher max mana and mana regen speed, and his skill damage scales with his max mana.
Skill 1: Bat Impact CD: 1.5 [AoE]
Cecilion orders a giant bat to dive in a designated direction, dealing 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 / 220 / 250 (+80% Total Magic Power) (+5% Total Mana) Magic Damage to enemies on the path. The giant bat will stay at its destination and launch another attack, dealing 200 / 260 / 320 / 380 / 440 / 500 (+160% Total Magic Power)(+10% Total Mana)Magic Damage to enemies and triggering Overflowing for 1 time. After casting, Cecilion increases his Movement Speed by 30% for 1s.
In 6s, every time Cecilion casts this skill, the mana cost will be increased by 1.8x time(s) (capped at 4 times).
Skill 2: Sanguine Claws CD:12s to 8s [CC]
Cecilion summons a pair of claws in a designated position that will run to each other, slowing down the enemies on the path. After a short delay, the claws pull the enemies to the center, immobilizing them for 1s and dealing 200 / 220 / 240 / 260 / 280 / 300 (+45% Total Magic Power) (+1.2% Total Mana) Magic Damage.
Ultimate Skill: Bats Feast CD: 44s to 38s

Cecilion unleashes Blood Demon power, increasing his Movement Speed by 60% (decaying rapidly over 1.5s) and gaining immunity to slow effects. Meanwhile, he shoots 40 bolts of blood energy at the enemies nearby, each dealing 35/40/45 (+8% Total Magic Power) (+0.3% Total Mana)Magic Damage and slowing them by 3% (up to 30%) for 1s.
Hitting an enemy heals him for 10 / 12.5 / 15 and 1% of his lost HP.
Special Skill: Moonlit Waltz CD:45s
When Carmilla is nearby, Cecilion can call her to become a Vermil Shadow to possess him, providing 440-1000 points of shield (scales with Carmilla's level).
Carmilla can select a target place and land on there, gaining a same shield, dealing 440-1000 Magic Damage (scales with her level) to enemies within the area effect, and slowing them down by 60% for 1s.

Recommended Emblem Configuration:
Use Mage Impure Rage Talent for enough mana sustain. Give 3 pts to CDR and Magic Pen.

Tips and Tricks
- His skill 1 boosts his movement speed. Keep this in mind since it will be very helpful.
- Also, keep in mind that his ultimate skill also gives movement speed boost and slows the enemy. You will also be immune to slow effects.
