Emblem

There are two emblems that is recommended to be used on Moskov. Assassin or Marksman Emblem.

If you want to use Assassin Emblem, go 3 points for Agility (Movement Speed) and Invasion (Physical Penetration).

For talent, use Bounty Hunter to help you get farmed quickly or Killing Spree. The benefit of using Assassin Emblem is the increased Movement Speed for Moskov, and it makes each individual basic attack hurt more because of the physical penetration. This is good, as most of your build will likely consist of attack speed items thus lesser need for attack speed stat on emblems.

If you decide to use Marksman instead, you can give 3 pts to Crit Chance and Crit Damage. You may also give pts to Lifesteal but you will only feel the lifesteal if you can deal enough damage already.

Benefits of using Marksman Emblem are more attack speed and higher crit rate and damage.

For the talent, the most recommend talent is Electro flash since it gives you movement speed to chase enemy heroes, reposition, and retreat. The small health regen is also a great bonus to help you stay in lane more often and it help with early game health problems.

Weakness Finder Talent is also effective in team fights and has a chance to slow the enemy. So this can be an option too.

Weapon Master is the least commonly used but it is very helpful if your build focuses on more physical attack stat rather than attack speed or crit.

Spell Recommendations:

Aegis: to survive early game burst damage and late game sustain. This saves you in crucial moments.

Inspire: for extra physical defense reduction and attack speed stat for 5s. Commonly used by newbies.

Retribution: to secure killing jungle monsters, lord and turtle. Used in hypercarry strat.

Purify: to counter CC effects

Flameshot: for exhibition commonly. Especially for doing the flameshot trick. But this is also useful to deal a bit of dmg and knockback targets but not highly recommended.
