Mobile Legends Esports Roadmap for the year 2024 officially announced

The year 2023 has been successful for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports scene. The biggest tournament of the game, the M-series, just recently ended last December 2023. The first month of the year, January 2024, seems to be a break as MOONTON Games plans out the Esports Roadmap for 2024. Via the MLBB Esports official YouTube channel, the MLBB Esports Roadmap has been officially unveiled.


The roadmap video started by saying that this year, the aim is to surpass 2000 tournaments matches, covering around 55 countries and regions, that also includes community tournaments. The video only mentioned though the main highlights tournaments that the game is planning to do all throughout the year. The MLBB Professional League, also known as MPL, is set to begin around February and will last until mid-June in anticipation of MSC 2024. The MLBB's MSC tournament has been rebranded from MLBB Southeast Asia Cup into Mid Season Cup. Regions or countries without MPL will have a different tournament to determine which teams will be qualified for MSC 2024.


Other major tournaments with MLBB game this year includes Snapdragon Pro Series organized by EFG, MLBB Women’s Invitational, and IESF. The biggest tournament for 2024 will be the M6 World Championship. MPL tournaments will have another season around August to October to look for the qualified teams for the M6. The Wild Card for the M-series will also continue this year.


The host country for M6 has been announced already and scheduled to take place in Malaysia. Including the teams that will play in the Wild Card stage, M6 is planned to feature more than 20 teams to represent 20+ countries and regions. More information will be announced in the future to provide more details about these much-awaited tournaments.
