I often see Harley on tournaments and High Tier Rank Game dahil sa kanyang Surprise Attack, Poke, Escape abilities. Magandang pangbuhat ang Hero na to lalo na kung pro ang gumamit dahil multi laner ang kaya niyang i-defend.

Malakas siya sa 1 on 1 match pero di gaano pag team clash dahil nga Single Lock Target lang ang Ulti niya! Matagal ko nang ginagamit si Harley at ang mga na obserbahan ko sa kanya ang aking i-she share sa inyo!

Unahin muna natin sa Skill explanation!

Passive: Ang kanyang normal/basic attack ay nag de-deal ng 60(+50 Physical Attack)(+60% Total Magic Power) kung kaya't mas masakit ang kanyang basic attack compare sa basic attack ng ibang mage Hero.

1st Skill: Poker Trick
Maghahagis siya ng [(3-4-5)(every skill upgarde)] flush cards at mag de-deal ng 150(+20%Magic Power) sa unang kalaban na matatamaan nito. Mababawasan ang Damage ng skill na to pag sa iisang target lang tumama ang lahat ng cards niya, madadagdagan naman ang kanyang attack speed ng 5% kada tumama sa target ang basic attack at nag i-stack ng hanggang [(8-9-10)(every skill upgarde)] sa loob ng 3 sec.

2nd Skill: Space Escape.
Magteteleport si Harley sa designated location at iiwan ang kanyang Magic Hat sa likuran, bibilis ang kanyang movement speed ng 30% sa loob ng 2 segundo. Pwede pa ring gamitin muli ang skill sa loob ng 4 segundo para makabalik siya kung saan niya iniwan ang Magic Hat.

3rd Skill: Deadly Magic
Mag ca-cast si Harley ng isang Fire Ring sa Single Locked Target at mag de-deal ng 200(+60%Magic Power) at ma i-slow ito sa loob ng 1.5 segundo. Pwede niyang gamitan ng 1st skill at basic attack ang Fire Ring na nasa target.

Sa pagsabog ng Fire Ring sa loob ng 4 seconds, +40% sa na deal mong damage (1st skill/basic attack) sa kalaban habang nasa loob ng Fire Ring ang kanilang marereceive.

Battle Spell:
At dahil di naman niya kaylangan ng flicker dahil meron na siya sa 2nd skill!. Recommended na gamitan siya ng Retribution.

Starting Item:
Jungling Item, It's either Star Shard or Beast Killer. para mas mabilis mag level-up at makapatay ng jungle mons.

Pili ka lang kung ano sa dalawa ang trip mo!
basahin mo nalang yung passive effect ng item kung ano sa tingin mo ang suitable sa situation.

Farming Tips:
Pili ka ng lane mo! pero I recommend ko na mag bot lane ka. bakit? dahil mas malapit at mas mabilis mong makuha yung Red buff at Gold Buff for CDR, less mana consumption at extra gold.

Punta ka muna sa chosen lane mo then clear the 1st wave of minions, then get the red buff, balik ulit sa lane, clear the second wave of minions and go to the gold buff!

Mas malaki din ang chance mo na ikaw ang makakuha ng buff.

pagtapos, try to roam through the jungle, mag hunt ka o kaya subukan mo ding i-def yung ibang lane niyo dahil kaya naman naman niyang mag travel ng mabilis sa loob ng Arena.

Skill Combination

A: Surprise attack
2-3-1-2 or 3-2-1-2
verry effective ang combo na ito pag trip mong mag solo-gank

B: Poke then Run
3-2-1 or 3-1-2
effective din ang combo na to pag nasa situation ka na hinahabol ka! atleast may advantage ka dahil habang hinahabol ka at tumatakas ka! nag dedeal ka parin ng damage sa kalaban. parang yung passive din ni Irithel

C: Team Clash Combo
1-2-2-1 or 2-1-2
ito ang madalas kong gamit ng combo pag team clash at para mas safe kang umaatake!

Builds (photos below)

Build 1: Burst
Ito ang pinaka effective na Full Damage ni Harley para sakin. It combines perfect penetration for tough foes like Tanks or Semi Tank Fighter/Support.
Self HP Regen/attack speed/ and faster skill CDR.

Build 2: Poke Build
Kung trip mo ang mag damage lang at alam mong magagaling naman team mates mo lalo na pag maganda line up niyo! I suggest this build for Poking enemies. mas mabilis na skill CDR for continual spamming his 1st skill while reducing their Magic Resistance.

Build 3: Poke and Regen
Kung sa tingin mo madaming life stealer or Healer ang line-up ng kalaban! I suggest this build to reduce their HP Regening. Just keep spamming his 1st skill and basic attack to reduce their regen effect while poking them also!.

Con-Energy is also good for you to Keep your HP at great state kahit di kana magpabalik balik sa base para mag regen.

Pero wag kayo basta aasa sa build ng iba dahil ang build ng isang hero ay dapat naa-ayon sa line-up ng team/kalaban mo at ng situation mo!

Team Clash:
Basta lagi ka lang sa likod ng mga Tank or Semi-Tank heroes. Keep spamming his 1st skill and playsafe.

Turret Defending and Pushing

Pushing: use the 1st skill para pag nag basic attack ka sa turret ay mas mabilis ang attack speed mo at mas mabilis ma destroy. di mo gets? basahin mo ulit yung descrption ng 1st skill. basta maging aware ka lang sa mapa. pag di mo na makita ang kalaban sa mapa. Umatras ka muna.

Defending: Always keep your eyes at the map! Travel through the lanes and def your turrets dahil mabilis lang naman kumilos si Harley. Be active and Aggressive

Escape Tips.
sundan mo lang yung Skill combo B: ko kay Harley. Basta maging aware ka lang lagi sa Minimap for upcoming attacks or Gank

1 on 1 match:
Spam mo lang muna yung 1st skill and 2nd skill mo! Poke and Escape ka lang muna! Pag below 70% na ang health ng kalaban mo do the Skill Combination:

Introduction: Harley is a mage. He looks like an assassin also at the same time because of his mobility and abilities. He also looks like a marksman because of his magic damage basic attacks. Your main objective is to farm and kill marksmen and other mages and squishy heroes like assassins. Harley will dominate early and mid game but falls late game so end the game quick.

Skills summary:

His passive makes his basic attacks deal magic damage. This allows harley to deal more damage to turrets than other mages.

Harley's first skill is a poke skill used to clear both minions and jungle fast. It also provides a stack up to 10 which increases your attack speed and overall damage.

Skill 2 allows harley to dash forward and increase his movement speed leaving his hat behind. If this skill is used again in the 7 second time period, you will teleport to where you left your hat. This can be used to escape, chase and tower dive opponents.

His ultimate skill or skill 3 is considered the bread and butter of harley. It surrounds the enemy in a ring of fire and does damage during the ring. When the ring is about to disappear, it does extra damage according to how much magic damage harley did during the ring duration. When killing an enemy, use this skill first then use skill 1 and basic attacks while the ring is still active. Don’t further chase the enemy if the ring has ended unless you know you can secure the kill.

Skill combos:

Tower dive combo: Skill 2, skill 3, chase the enemy if it is running away from the tower so that you will also receive less hits from the tower, skill 1, basic attackSss until the ring duration ends or..., skill 2 if the kill is already secured or you are now escaping.

Basic combo: Skill 2, Skill 3, Skill 1 , Basic AttackSss, Skill 2

Nearby enemies/Ambush combo: Skill 3, Skill 1, when enemy uses dash skill or escapes with great mobility use skill 2 to chase, then use basic attacks, skill 2 if you want to get back to your hat's position.

Preparation:

Spell- Retribution, so that you can dominate the early to midgame by leveling up faster and farming more golds to fulfill your role well.

Emblems and talents

Emblems: Mage emblem Mystery Shop talent. This is for those who mastered Harley already because this helps Harley to build items quickly and finish the game within 12 minutes.

Use Mage Emblem Magic Worship Talent if you are trying to feel the burst damage of Harley. This is good for beginners because this talent enhances the damage that Harley deals. This is a good talent for those who want to burst enemies down using Harley.

Build:

Jungle item: Hunter's Knife (buy after normal boots)

First item: Arcane boots
- this reduces some magic defense, not only on heroes but also to minions and other enemy unit. This is in addition to the unique + 40 movement speed stat for mobility.

Second item: Lightning truncheon
- this item really helps your poke damage and wave clearing because of the passive of this item. This passive can be amplified by other items that gives mana. Best paired with Clock of Destiny.

Third item: Calamity reaper
- this works really well on harley since all of his skills have low cool down which means he basically has constant true damage which comes in handy when chipping down tanks and jungle faster. Calamity Reaper gives true damage after using a skill. This amplifies the damage of Harley's skill combos because he always uses basic attacks.

Fourth item: Concentrated energy

This is when item building becomes sitiational so I will give three options: Concentrated Energy, Clock of Destiny or Holy Crystal.

You may ask why I recommend Concentrated Energy on a Burst role Harley.

In early game, Harley's role is to deal damage and secure the kill then get out. So you wouldn't need sustain since you aren't getting hit but as the fourth item, you need the sustain so you can be consistent in mid game but also because you have damage now so you can get pretty good amount of spell vamp from your skills (Your spell vamp is 60% of your total magical lifesteal)

If you are a beginner, I suggest building Clock of Destiny. Build elegant gem after the boots if you are already planning to build this yet finish Lightning Truncheon first. Pro Harley have different item building techniques yet this is what I am suggesting for beginners. You will feel the impact of Clock of Destiny after 5 minutes of finishing building this item. Thus, this will give you the most damage in late game because as time pass by, your magic power will slowly increase.

But if you are confident that you can end the game fast, build Holy Crystal to get that burst damage immediately.

Fifth item: Divine Glaive

This is also a situational build. This is every tanks’ worst nightmare because this allows harley to shred a tank into pieces along with calamity reapers’ true damage.

Quick tip: If the enemy tank gets annoying in your match, sell the jungle item immediately to build this item quickly but make sure you are already ready to buy this item after selling your jungle item.

Other options would be those I mentioned in the fourth build.

Sixth item: If you haven't sold your jungle item yet, sell it now then buy Bloodwings.

Other items to consider would be immortality. But this is for super late game.

You may also pick other defense item. Best defense items would be:

Dominance Ice against Physical Damage Dealers

Athena's Shield against Magic Damage Dealers.

Last three items decision tips and more info:

CoD synergize with the lighting truncheon well which provides extra poke damage.

CoD also gives Harley some hp and mana for sustain and skill spamming which help with triggering calamity reapers’ passive.

The other item holy crystal synergize extremely well with calamity reaper since its damage is based on magic power.

This will help if you have still trouble with the enemy tank/s and also if you are struggling to finish and secure the kill on an enemy that is out of position.

Gameplay:

Early game tips:

This depends in your playstyle but I will explain my way.

Go midlane because Harley is a great midlaner because of his mobility.
Buy jungle item first. Prioritize skill 1. Use this to clear the wave. Make sure you last hit and also harass the enemy midlaner so that they don’t get the last hit and they will get lesser gold than you. That is good for your whole team. You should be at level 2 after the first wave and should upgrade skill 2 now then kill buff if you are with a teammate or just kill a normal jungle monster if solo and clear the next wave.

Always remember to get the last hit.

When you reach level 4, upgrade skill 3 and look for potential kill in top and bot lanes. Your target could be a low health hero or squishy hero. Quickly gank and secure the kill on your target and return to mid and clear lane.

If you have a team mate, you could combine the buff and crab (toplane) before you miss the minion wave at mid lane. You can also aim for turtle with the help of a teammate if you have your first core item already.

Mid game:

Within the 8th minute mark, you should have 3-4 items if you farmed effectively. At this stage of the match you should try and push towers with your passive as well as picking the right times to gank. Just practice because mastering Harley comes with experience so play more. Don’t focus too much on kills when you could destroy or deal a large amount of damage to the towers. This is essential since this will allow you to end the game early which is what a Harley player wants since Harley isn’t as impactful in late game.

Late game:

Before this 15-minute late game mark sets, you should have full build. Your role in team will slightly change. You should now protect the late game heroes like your marksman and other heroes like Aldous.
Start by helping them kill enemy heroes. If they are low hp, damage the enemy hero that is chasing them. If the enemy hero is smart, they will call for back up or try to kill you. In that case, run and use second skill to escape and play with them by using the hat tricks which will frustrate them while you help the team buy more time so they can revive or gather for a gank.

Miscellaneous Tips

1) Harley is also commonly being ganked and killed. Thus, using Harley requires a great map awareness skill. Also learn how to trade kill with the opponent properly.

Example: If you are chasing a tank that is about to be killed by just one skill combo yet you are also low health and there is an enemy moving towards you as you check the minimap, don't risk of chasing that tank because your death in trade of the opponent's tank is not worth it.

2) Master doing your hat tricks. Here are some tips:
- Know where your hat is. Check the minimap if an enemy is waiting to kill you as you come back to it.
- If you left a team fight with low hp yet you leave your hat behind near your allies and an enemy is low health teleport back and secure the kill.

3) Practice 20 classic matches and show your teammates your winrate when using Harley. This is important in Rank Games so that your allies will also have an idea on how good you can carry the team. Learn how to carry properly using Harley that is why it is important to practice first para hindi ka trashtalk-in ng mga kakampi mo sa rank. Aminado akong mahirap siyang gamitin kapag hindi ka maalam sa mechanics niya.

Hello guys so naisipan ko gumawa ng New Harley Guide and New Build nadin sakanya kasama ang emblems and spells.

Emblems
Mage Tier 1: 1 points agility, 2 points mastery.
Mage Tier 2: 3 points catastrophe
Mage Talent: Impure Rage.(Mystery Shop pwede din)

Why Impure Rage?
A: Dealing damage with skills will deal damage equal to 4% of the target’s current HP as magic damage, and restore 3% of your Mana. This effect can only trigger once every 5s. Mababa cd neto kesa sa magic worship.

Spell: Retribution for farming.
Execute for burst.
Flicker for more dash/blink.
Sprint for more movement speed.

Pag malapit kalaban. Ult-2-1-2(escape) use 2nd skill then 1st skill para tumama lahat ng cards.
Pag magc-clear lane kayo dapat paside yung 1st skill para tumama sa lahat ng minions.

Sa Execute spell clear lane dapat then patulong sa tank magfarm then kunin crab. katumbas ng crab isang kill.
After maglevel 4 ambush lng ulit then combo. Pag malayo kalaban. 2nd-Ult-1st-Execute-2nd(escape).
Pag malapit Ult-1st-2nd (pag lumalayo) Execute.
Pag di malayo kalaban sa 2nd combo kahit wag na mag 2nd skill.

sa Flicker spell pang poke skills nya at pang lito or panghabol ung Flicker so same combo tulad sa retri combo and same rotation sa execute.

Sa Sprint spell naman puro movement speed item buff. yung trick sa sprint build and spell is poke habang mabilis kumilos. Same combo pero rotation stay lane and kill normal jungle and crab.

Why Harley moves down in the Mage Rankings even without a nerf?

It is because of the popularity of shields that counters his full combo. But still, he is good in harassing enemies. Still a good pickoff hero but since we are after teamfight utility, other mages are starting to get a better position in the META just like Gord.
