I. New Heroes & Revamped Heroes
1. Cecilion, the Embrace of Night will be available on February 11 (Server Time). Diamond 599, BP 32000, Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.
Hero Specialty: He is the lover of the Shadow of Twilight, Carmilla. This is the first time we design a hero couple which has a special interactive skill. Don't forget to try them together with your friends!
Skill 1 - Bat Impact: Cecilion orders a giant bat to dive in a designated direction, dealing damage to enemies on the path. The giant bat will stay at its destination and launch another attack, dealing the same damage to them again. After casting, Cecilion increases his Movement Speed. In several seconds, every time Cecilion casts this skill, the mana cost will be doubled.
Skill 2 - Sanguine Claws: Cecilion summons a pair of claws in a designated position. The claws will run into each other afterwards, dealing damage to enemies on the path, pulling them to where the claws meet and immobilizing them.
Ultimate - Bats Feast: Cecilion awakens his Blood Demon power, increasing his Movement Speed. Meanwhile, he releases Blood Demon Power, dealing damage to enemies around him and slowing them. Each time the Power hits a target, Cecilion restores a certain number of HP.
Passive - Overflowing: Cecilion will increase his max mana each time his skill hits an enemy target. Cecilion's skill damage scales with his max mana.
Special Skill - Moonlit Waltz: When Carmilla is nearby, Cecilion can transform her into a Vermeil Shadow attaching to him and providing shield. Carmilla can select a target place and land there. This skill can be unlocked only when Carmilla is in the battlefield with Cecilion.

In this update, we mainly adjusted these heroes: Masha, Ling, Franco, Carmilla, Belerick and Bruno.
And we also optimized the skill animation for these heroes: Argus; Lancelot and Helcurt.
Carmilla
If Cecilion and Carmilla are in a team and they are close to each other, Cecilion can use "Moonlit Waltz" to transform Carmilla into a Vermeil Shadow attaching to him. Carmilla can use any one of her skills to land on the battlefield, providing shield for self, refreshing the CD of non-Ultimate skills, dealing damage to enemies and slowing them.
Now if Carmilla and Cecilion are in the same team, Carmilla can purchase the new equipment item "Broken Heart" from the Shop. If Carmilla owns this item, Cecilion can't use "Moonlit Waltz" during the match.

Spiral Strangling: Basic Shield increased from 340-540 to 450-675. Magic Power Bonus increased from 70% to 105%.

Fixed an issue that the chanting of battle spell "Arrival" would be interrupted when Diggie upgrades "Auto Alarm Bomb".

Tornado Strike: Fixed an issue that the "Tornado Strike" triggered by "Steel Cable" couldn't deal damage to the first target hit in Mayhem Mode.
Lesley
Now Lesley will get the Marksman buff after killing the Core Guard (Higher damage but weaker slowdown debuff).

1. 5V5 Festival Map "Spring Festival Carnival" will be unavailable.

Soul of Lava: Physical Attack Bonus of Marksman/Mage/Support decreased from 100% to 80%.

Equipment
In this update, we've adjusted the roaming equipment items in Sharing Effects and Skill Effects. Now it's important to choose roaming equipment based on the Roles of heroes. With these changes, we hope that all kinds of roaming equipment could have their unique value.
1. All Equipment Items
Unique Passive - Devotion: Now when heroes equipped with roaming equipment share the Gold/EXP from the same target Creep/Minion, the hero with the lowest Gold/EXP among them will not get a share while others will share the Gold/EXP normally.
Unique Passive - Thriving: The extra Exp and Gold got from Assists adjusted from 35% to 15%/25%/35% (Scales with the tier of the roaming equipment)
2. Shadow Mask
Active Skill - Conceal: CD adjusted to 80s. Improved the visual effect of this skill so that it can be distinguished more easily. Now after receiving Conceal buff, you can't receive Conceal or Encourage again in the next 80s.
3. Courage Mask
Active Skill - Encourage: CD adjusted to 80s. Now after receiving Encourage buff, you can't receive Conceal or Encourage again in the next 80s.
4. Awe Mask
Unique Passive - Deter: Increased slowdown duration to 1.2s. CD decreased to 40s.
5. Lightning Truncheon
Max Damage decreased from 1200 to 1000. Refined the skill description.
6. Fixed an issue that the Dreadnaught Armor, Antique Cuirass and Awe Mask will be invalid in some situations.
Spell
Flameshot: Optimized the indicator. Now the knockback range is displayed on the indicator.

VI. System Adjustments
1. Optimization of MCL:
A. New feature "MCL Battle History": Up to 10 matches of MCL battle history will be recorded here, from which you can view the data of your teammates.
B. New feature "MCL Weekly Champions List": Up to 50 Champion Teams of your region of this week will be recorded here.
C. New feature "MCL Notification": If MCL is open, you will receive a notification when entering the Main Lobby.
D. Now by playing MCL matches, you will get EXP and BPs. What's more, Squad members will get tons of Squad Active Points.
2. Added in-game Account Center for players to change account passwords or engage other account-related functions. You can go to the Account Center by tapping Avatar -> Account -> Account Center.
3. Added [Account Center] on the Official Website, now you can retrieve your account more conveniently. (During the testing stage, this feature is only available for a limited range of server).
A. Auto Account Retrieve: You can retrieve your account via the account you currently logged in.

VI. System Adjustments
1. Optimization of MCL:
A. New feature "MCL Battle History": Up to 10 matches of MCL battle history will be recorded here, from which you can view the data of your teammates.
B. New feature "MCL Weekly Champions List": Up to 50 Champion Teams of your region of this week will be recorded here.
C. New feature "MCL Notification": If MCL is open, you will receive a notification when entering the Main Lobby.
D. Now by playing MCL matches, you will get EXP and BPs. What's more, Squad members will get tons of Squad Active Points.
2. Added in-game Account Center for players to change account passwords or engage other account-related functions. You can go to the Account Center by tapping Avatar -> Account -> Account Center.
3. Added [Account Center] on the Official Website, now you can retrieve your account more conveniently. (During the testing stage, this feature is only available for a limited range of server).
A. Auto Account Retrieve: You can retrieve your account via the account you currently logged in.
B. Retrieve Account via Account Information: You can retrieve your account via providing us some information of the account (such as character name, account level...)
C. Account Center currently only can help you retrieve the connected account.
4. Squads List: Now the system will recommend the Squads that still have vacancy first.
