Mobile Legends Patch Notes 1.4.68 [Advanced Server] 04/10/20

I. Weekly Free Heroes & New Skins

1. Natalia’s Skin “Cyber Spectre" will be available from April 15 (Server Time). Diamond 749, Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

Natalia and her Skin "Cyber Spectre" will be in a bundle and available from April 15 (Server Time). Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

2. Vexana's Skin "Sanguine Rose" will be available for 14 days starting April 14 (Server Time). Diamond 899.

3. Free Heroes:

II. Hero Adjustments

Luo Yi

• From The Designers: After observing for quite some time, we believe that switching states manually is somewhat overcomplicated. So in this update, we completely removed Overturn (Skill 1) and made Luo Yi back to a 3-skill Hero. The state change is now added to both Dispersion (Skill 2) and Rotation (Skill 3) as an automatic effect upon casting. Moreover, we also removed the ability of applying marks by Rotation. Luo Yi players will now be able to have a better judgment and control on which type of make reaction they want to trigger, and those who are playing against her can now have more time to react to those marks.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Duality: Ticking frequency of the same-mark reaction tuned down. Damage of each tick increased.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Overturn: Completely removed.
• Dispersion: Level cap increased-from 4 to 6. Damage and mana cost adjusted. New effect: State changes after each cast.

• Recommended Equipment: Fleeting Time now replaced by Enchanted Talisman.

Popol and Kupa

• Base Physical ATK increased by 2 at all levels.
• We Are Friends: The enhanced attack now triggers attack effects only once. (The bonus part and the basic attack part now combined as one move instead of 2. Total damage done by the move not affected.)
• Popol's Surprise: Cooldown reduced by 2s at all levels.
• We Are Angry!: Kupa's attack increased from 35 to 50.

Lylia
Black Shoes: Cooldown reduced from 50/45/40s to 40/36/32s.

Badang

• Fist Break: Cooldown adjusted to 10s at all levels.
• Fist Crack: Basic Damage reduced by 30 at all levels. Explosion damage adjusted accordingly.

Karrie

• Lightwheel Mark: Damage dealt by lightwheels reduced by 1% of target's Max HP at all levels.
• Phantom Step: Cooldown adjusted from 5-2.5s to 5-3s.

Silvanna
Cometic Lance: No longer increases her movement speed.


Ling
Cloud Walker: Basic Crit Chance decreased to 15%.


III. Battlefield Adjustments

Battlefield

1. Newly added: When the side with a team gold disadvantage eliminates an enemy Hero with a gold lead, everyone on the side will now get elimination gold bonus based on the gold difference between the enemy Hero and the average among the 5 of side that's behind.

2. Fixed the issue that Healing Increase/Reduction doesn't work on some skills.


Equipment

1. Necklace of Durance

Crafting formula adjusted to: Mystic Container + Mystery Codex + Book of Sages. Total cost decreased by 100. Craft cost adjusted accordingly. Magic Power reduced from 65 to 60. Cooldown Reduction reduced from 10% to 5%.

2. Demon Hunter Sword

Unique Passive - Devour: Physical Lifesteal gain from each Basic Attack decreased from 4% to 3%.


IV. System Adjustments

1. Squad

• a. Added 6 Titles: "Best Tank", "Best Fighter", "Best Assassin", "Best Mage", "Best Marksman", "Best Support" for squad players with the best performance in the corresponding role.
• b. Added Squad Profile. Players can now check out squads that you're interested in via this new function. Moreover, Squad Statistics tab is added to the Squad main page. Squad members can now check out their squad statistics in the tab.

2. Chat

• a. Added real-time chat monitoring in the battlefield. Serious violation with inappropriate chatting behavior will result in an account Mute and deduction of Credit Score.
• b. Players reported for inappropriate chatting behavior will receive more serious penalty as Credit Score deduction and Mute will be applied to their account.

3. AFK: The ban will be immediately lifted when your appeal is successful.

4. MCL

• a. The Western Expanse is banned in this mode. Map will be set to The Celestial Palace when you pick The Western Expanse.
• b. Live stream and replay are enabled in this mode. When there's a match going on, players can watch MCL live streams in the Live tab. Exciting matches will be recorded, players can check out replays in case they missed out on the live stream.
