Patch Notes 1.4.70 [Advanced Server] 04/16/20
I. New Heroes & Revamped Heroes
Revamped Yi Sun-shin, National Hero
From The Designers: What's unique about Yi Sun-shin is his ability to swap weapons freely based on the distance between himself and his target. But from what we've observed in real matches, he's more of a distant poking role than a flexible fighter. In this patch, we revamped this hero, and implemented strong effects after each weapon swap so it makes more sense to constantly swap his weapons and use his glaive as frequently. In the meantime we've granted him better survivability at melee range, so there's more room for skillful players to play with. As a result , Yi Sun-shin is now a mixed hero with his role changed to Marksman/Assassin. Hope you like these changes and we're looking forward to your feedback.
Skill 1 - [One-wave Sweep]:
Yi Sun-shin slashes forward with his glaive, dealing physical damage to enemies along the may and reducing his damage taken for a period of time. The naval fleet enhancement effect remains the same.
Skill 2 - [Blood Floods]:
Yi Sun-shin slashes forward with his glaive, dealing physical damage to enemies in a square-shaped area. Yi Sun-shin restores HP with enemy hero hit by this skill. Charge for more than 0.3s: Yi Sun-shin shoots forward a powerful arrow, dealing damage to the target. This damage scales with charging duration.
Ultimate - [Mountain Shocker]:
Skill unchanged.

2. New feature "Team Channel"

3. Team Treasure Hunt
a. Players can increase team Power by teaming up.
b. Chests unlock at certain team Power levels. Advanced Skins can be found in these chests.
c. A permanent Skin is guaranteed upon reaching the highest Power level!

Luo Yi
- After changing her to a 3-skill hero, Luo Yi becomes much easier to use. In this update, we removed the reaction between same marks, and increased the damage from reaction between opposite marks. Players should try to take advantage of "Yin-Yang Reaction" as much as possible, as it's the core feature of this hero.
- Duality: Reaction of same marks removed. Damage of reaction of opposite marks increased. Luo Yi gains Shield right away when Yin-Yang Reaction is triggered, can gain up to 2 stacks.
- Dispersion: Slightly reduced range and projectile width.
- Rotation: New effect: Now it deals damage to enemies within the AoE every second.
- Diversion: Cooldown increased by 10s.
Popol and Kupa
- Movement Speed increased by 10.
- We Are Friends: Physical Attack bonus of Popol's additional damage increased from 180% to 200%.
Lylia
Black Shoes: Cooldown reduced from 40-32s to 45-35s.
Claude
Blazing Duet: Basic Damage decreased by 10 at all levels.
IV. Battlefield Adjustments
Battlefield
Basic EXP of the Siege Minion of the first 2 waves increased by 10%.
Spells
- Flameshot: Close range damage decreased from 400+100% Magic Power bonus to 160+40% Magic Power bonus. Long range damage remains unchanged. Slow duration decreased from 1s to 0.5s.
- Flameshot seems to be too well rounded in current meta, especially some melee heroes can take advantage of the knock back effect to finish their attack combos. Thus, we adjusted the close range damage and long range slow, so that players will have to make a choice between damage and control.

VI. System Adjustments
- Optimized the visual effect for division calculating screen in ranked mode.
- When Quick Chat is sent during a fight, a circle indicator was added on the Map.
- A Low Credit Score indication was added to the Battle preparation lobby.
- Optimized showing of some mails regarding "Match Environment Notification"
- Added skill type and more detailed skill introduction outside of the battlefield in order to help players better understand the game mechanics.
- Optimized attribute display for some Energy- or Rage-based heroes.
- Fixed the bug that the tutorial for "Battlefield Overview" and "Pick Lane" may show up at the same time.
