The July 2021 Starlight Skin has been already officially announced to be Sun - Simian Curse. Aside from the official announcement of this skin, there are hero adjustments that might be implemented in the patch note for original server upcoming for July 2021.

Let's begin with the buffed heroes:

1. Balmond

Almost all of the beginner-friendly heroes are now also considered very viable competitively due to revamps in adjustments. But for Balmond, he remained below average in terms of stats both in competitive and casual scenes. These adjustments hope to finally make Balmond great too.

[Skill 2] (↑):
Cooldown: 7s → 6s
[Ultimate] (↑):
Cooldown: 32-24s → 28-18s

2. Phoveus

The battlefield changes limited Phoveus' power, especially in terms of dealing damage. He is relatively inferior to others in most aspects so adjustments were made to help him deal more damage.

[Skill 1] (↑):
Cooldown: 3.5s → 2.5s
[Ultimate] (↑):
Base Damage: 440-680 → 660-980
Magic Power Bonus:150% → 200%

Not only base damage and bonus damage were adjusted but also his first skill's cooldown. Having a shorter cooldown means a higher damage potential within a certain period of time that is why it was also a necessary adjustment.

3. Luo Yi

Luo Yi is one of the few heroes that can significantly Burst at level 2. That is why she received reduced damage in the early game. In return, she was given more utility to her Ultimate.

[Passive] (~):
Reaction Damage: 400 + 15 *Hero Level → 300 + 30 *Hero Level

[Ultimate] (↑):
Increased the distance of Luo Yi's teleportation at all levels.

4. Revamped Karina

The recently revamped Karina could be very powerful when she's ahead, but seemed very weak when she's behind or in a 50-50 situation. The buff for her was decided to be for her skill 2.

[Skill 2] (↑):
Damage: 305-430 + 115% Magic Power → 350-550 + 130% Magic Power

Meanwhile, some heroes also received nerfs and hybrid adjustments.

1. Paquito

Paquito is overpowered in the laning phase but relatively weaker in late-game teamfights. So, some tricky adjustments are needed.

[Skill 2] (~)
Base Damage: 200-500 + 120% Physical Attack → 150-450 + 150% Physical Attack
Enhanced Damage: Changed according to the same ratio as Base Damage.

2. Yve

Yve is still considered overpowered and one of the reasons is her ultimate skill. So, the nerf focused on her ultimate skill.

[Ultimate] (↓):
Shield: 500-900 + 150 Magic Power → 300-700 + 100 Magic Power
Immobilizing Effect Duration: 0.5s → 0.3s

3. Gloo

Gloo was also proven overpowered especially in the recently concluded MSC 2021. Even after the big changes brought by Project Next Phase 2, he really still needs a nerf.

[Ultimate] (↓):
HP Regen per second when split apart: 4-5% → 3-4%

Those were the highlights of the latest patch note from Advance Server. Expect these adjustments soon in the Original Server.
