Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.12 Advance Server Hero Adjustments - Most Marksman Heroes are Buffed!

In preparation for the new season, the developers want to adjust the marksman heroes. That is why aside from the revamped heroes for the new upcoming Project NEXT phase, a lot more will change the current metagame just from these hero adjustments.

The developers want Marksmen to be able to farm better in the Gold Lane instead of the Jungle and will optimize the gaming experience of specific Marksmen separately. They are hoping that these adjustments could bring an increase in Marksmen's appearance rates in higher-ranked matches, especially those Marksmen that haven't been seen for a while.

[Moskov] (↑)

Basic Attack (↑)
Attack Range: 4.2 → 4.4.
Fixed an issue where the enhanced Basic Attacks attack range is slightly lower than normal Basic Attacks.

Skill 1 (↑)
Mana Cost: 60-85 → 45-70.

Skill 2 (↑)
Skill Range: 4.2 → 4.4.
Initial Damage: 140-240 + 40% Total Physical Attack → 300-450 + 60% Total Physical Attack.
Extra Damage: 210-360 + 60% Total Physical Attack → 200-275 + 30% Total Physical Attack.
Stun durations when the target collides with enemy heroes/obstacles are unified to 1.5s.

Ultimate (↑)
Enemies behind the primary target will also be slowed.
Slow Effect: 80% for 0.8s → 30%-90% for 1.5s (scales with flying distance)

[Irithel] (↑)

Basic Attack (~)
Attack Range: 4.9 → 5.2.
Basic Attack's and enhanced Basic Attack's Total Physical Attack Bonus: 120% →105%.
Fixed an issue where Irithel's damage was lower when she attacked while moving. Irithel will now keep auto-attacking while moving.

Skill 2 (↑)
Increased the cast speed.
Skill range increased by 20%.

[Hanabi] (↑)
Although Hanabi will be revamped soon, we still optimized her skill values first to boost her performance in the new season.

Skill 1 (↓)
First Bounce's Damage Ratio:50% → 40%

Skill 2 (↑)
Cooldown: 12-7s → 8-6s.
Base Damage: 400-500 → 450-600.
Fixed an issue where the damage was lower than described against enemy heroes.
Fixed an issue where the damage was doubled against summoned objects.

Ultimate (↑)
Base Damage: 400-600 → 600-800.

[Karrie] (↑)
Skill 1 (~)
The sphere will now stop upon hitting an enemy hero, and the radius is adjusted to match the visual effect.
Base Continuous Damage: 100-150 → 150-200.

Ultimate (↑)
Lightwheel's Damage Ratio: 50%-56% → 55%-65%

Attack Range: 4.6 → 4.9
Damage: 130% Total Physical Attack + 30 * Hero Level → 140% Total Physical Attack + 35 * Hero Level

Ultimate (↓)
Damage Per Stack: 170-290 + 90% Extra Physical Attack → 136-232 + 72% Extra Physical Attack

Passive (↓)
Abyss Mark can no longer be applied to Creeps.

[Clint] (↑)
We want to increase Clint's lane clearing ability but slightly reduce his damage when hitting a single target with all his bullets.

Basic Attack (↑)
Optimized the casting experience.
Attack Range: 4.5 → 4.8

Enhanced Basic Attack (↑)
Optimized the casting experience.

Skill 1 (~)
Total bonus Physical Attack : 95% → 85%.
Subsequent Bullet Damage: The last four bullets deal 11%-21% of the initial damage → the 2nd bullet deals 30-55% of the initial damage, while the 3rd to 5th deal 5% of the initial damage.


[Claude] (~)
We want to increase Claude's laning ability but reduce his farming speed in the Jungle.

Skill 1 (↓)
Hitting a Creep no longer grants double extra attributes.
Max Stacks: 10 → 5.
Effect Per Stack: 2%-4% → 3%-7%.

[Wanwan] (↑)
We don't mean to send Wanwan to the Jungle through this adjustment, but slightly reduce the gap between her and other Marksmen's jungling speed in the late game.

Passive (↑)
Extra Damage against enemies with all Weaknesses hit: 30% → 40%

Ultimate (↑)
New Effect: Increases damage against creeps by 20-40% each time the Ultimate is upgraded.

[Popol & Kupa] (↑)
Kupa has stolen too much limelight. It's time for Popol to shine.

Passive (↑)
Mark Stacks: 4 → 3
New Effect: Skill 2 and 3 also add marks on hit.

Other Skills (~)
We want to greatly strengthen Popol and nerf Kupa's combat ability accordingly. The specific adjustments will be explained in detail next week.

[Natan] (↑)

As we all know, Natan is from the future Land of Dawn, so the properties of the current time and space had caused him much trouble. Now, he has adapted and adjusted his way of guiding and manipulating the coherence of elementary particles, which resulted in some changes to his skills.

Passive (↓)
100% of Natan's Physical Penetration will be converted to Magic Penetration, while the original Magic Penetration will no longer take effect (this adjustment will be applied in the next patch).

Ultimate (↑)
New Effect: Casting the Ultimate reduces the cooldowns of Skill 1 and 2 by 50%.
Ultimate Blink: Blink a fixed distance → switch places with the clone.
Blink Cooldown: 2s → 4s.

[Yi Sun-shin] (~)

We still want to see Yi Sun-shin as a Jungler. This adjustment will also allow Yi Shun-shin to try Aulus's new weapon.

Role (~)
Marksman/Assassin → Assassin/Marksman.

[Granger] (↑)
We still want to see Granger as a Jungler.

Skill 1 (↑)
New Effect: Damage against creeps increased by 25%.

The current advance server patch, 1.6.12, also features hero adjustments aside from marksman heroes. The anti-marksman heroes, specifically Yu Zhong and Chou, were adjusted, not necessarily nerfed, in order to further boost the viability of marksman heroes.

There are many more hero and battlefield adjustments to come. Keep in mind that these adjustments are still being tested in the advance server.
